Uattend is very simplified when it comes to checking reports or making time card corrections. The company makes it simple and quick.

There are some glitches within the software. Some employees cannot use expenses even though their account is set up for that.

It takes the times out of manually calculating time cards. It's also VERY easy for users to clock in or out, they can use the manual machine or they can log in and out online

Ease of access and user friendly. The portal is easy to navigate and keeps track of hours. Easy to add any missing punches if our internet is down. I can easily print bi-weekly reports to run payroll accurately. I can easily add and remove employees and assign their PINs or do fingerprints for the punch in process.

I am very pleased with this system. Only thing I dislike is code for wifi password. Can be tricky.

We appreciate the ease of use. We have our service patterned with the biometric reader, wired, and time-clock.

We have never had an issue or discrepancy. uAttend offers other services for call-offs, time-off requests, reports, and credit processing, to name a few.

None, all operate as they should.

Not only can we schedule, use the mobile app, but truly use and understand the data within.

It is easy to use! I have the employees use the app to approve their time cards and some clock in and out with the app.

Not much really as it is pretty easy to use.

It takes out the lunch after a 6-hour period and most employees forget to pinch out and back in from lunch.

This is great I can not think of anything I dislike.

I prefer cloud-hosted software like uAttend. It is always more reliable and easier to use than locally hosted software.

There is nothing I dislike. If I had to mention item, I do wish the menu would be grouped in a more logical order.

Nothing at all. Only issue we have ever had was the site was down for maintenance which we understand.

Navigating uAttend is user-friendly and accurate.

I have no issues regarding the performance of uAttend.

There are no problems that exist that requires help.
