The Leading SaaS-based ELM Software
I like the UI of T360. I find it very easy to use the system and navigations are very easy to understand
Sometimes understanding some error messages are difficult
T360 is one of the best system to use for ebilling, I would choose T360 as my primary option
Error Management, timekeeper issues.
The quick review and approval of invoice submission or appeals !!
Having to be timed out. Then having to log back in.
When performing legal billing TyMetrix is the sight you want!
Quicker review time, means money faster!
With the help of this clean software, we are able to effectively monitor spending and establish a higher standard of accountability for our legal engagements.
Every time I log in, the password management tool forces me to change it, which is quite annoying. Its annoying to have to go through the password reset procedure constantly this is a drawback.
TyMetrix 360s application of eBilling offers a creative answer to the complex problem of effectively managing legal expenses.
Speed is what makes it best for eg running a query report for invoice status etc
Sometimes we get invoice rejection stating invalid format where format is correct
I'm uploading invoices for our clients and the as compared to other tools this is the best in class
T360 is one of the most easy and user friendly ebilling portal I use.
Extracting all reports from t360 could be improve.
Support team under t360 is quick to respond all type of queries.
Easy to search for timekeeper rates and invoice statuses.
Difficult to review budgets and verify budgets approvals.
Providing quick and detailed invoice statuses. Running reports.
Very user friedly.Easy to use and navigate
Not very flexible to connect with Sabrix tax engine
very easy to input employees data etc
It is a good repository for case files and notes. I don't know how difficult it is to upload the materials into the system, however.
It's not very user friendly. Searching for matters was dependant on knowing the specific matter number versus using the matter name or client name. It would have been helpful if when you logged on, that the matters could be searched by our firm's name. The password management feature was awful. Every time I logged on, I had to change my password. The password had to have so many characters and couldn't have been one that had been used in the last six months. It also had to have a mix of letter cases, numbers and special characters. At a certain point, you run out of kids names, pet names, and, then, can't remember the password. Admittedly, this is a first world problem but where you're trying to be efficient with your time, it was very frustrating to have to go through the password reset process every time you logged on.
I really couldn't say. I can only comment on my experience as an attorney using it to deal with budgets and billing.
It was a necessary evil because our clients required it to approve any budgets or bills.
This product has no redeeming features. I have used many legal ebilling systems: Advocator, Legal eXchange, BottomLine, Ascent, Allegient, etc. In my opinion, this is the worst of all the ones I've used. And there is not a close second. It's in a class by itself.
TyMetrix is extraordinarily user-unfriendly. It's help section is no better. The company appears to not have an incentive to make it useable, since after you start using it (and getting frustrated by it) it offers you an expensive monthly service to make sure that your bills are submitted in the proper format. If they had a user friendly product, they wouldn't be able to sell their after market product!
And you can only use the system with Internet Explorer or Chrome. IE has historically been problematic from a security standpoint and we've learned recently that Chrome is actually listening in on users conversations. So lawyers forced to use this product are forced to use unsecure web browsers, potentially risking client confidentiality.
You need to have a good relationship with the lawyers who do your legal work. Don't punish them by using TyMetrix. I'll admit that lawyers don't typically like eBilling. But there are better -- much better -- products out there that will meet your needs without punishing the law firms you work with.
eBilling programs solve few problems for the users -- law firms. They are imposed on lawyers by insurance companies and larger corporations. They are supposed to solve a problem for those companies. But, some of them work well for the law firms and make it easier to submit their bills and get paid. Not TyMetrix.
