What do you like best about TXTImpact?

Easy to use, Full of featues, Proactive Customer Support and Easy to Integrate.

What do you dislike about TXTImpact?

Need to Update the Dashboard look, and the number registration takes time.

What problems is TXTImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compliance and Phone number registration generally takes time and its quite complex process. But Txtimpact make the whole process seamless and smooth from their end.

Easy to use, Fast and reliable Delivery, Automation, Affordable pricing and Good Customer support.

What do you dislike about TXTImpact?

Analytics and reporting could provide more deeper insights. Need more CRM tool integration support.

What problems is TXTImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for a an affordable Mass Texting tool which should be reliable and also offers a lot of features, TXTImpact turned out to be a great budget friendly tool.

Mass texting with conditional logic has been our best use in the business. The team also helped us understand how to use it effectively.

What do you dislike about TXTImpact?

API setup and compliance with regulatory body work takes time

What problems is TXTImpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed broadcasting and also wanted to make sure to get delivery report better.

Best customer support ever

What do you like best about Txtimpact?

the absolute best part of this software is their customer support . I don't know my way around computers much but I love this software

What do you dislike about Txtimpact?

Nothing so far. Haven't had any issues. The software seems to work great for me.

Easy to use. Easy to add contacts and segment them into different groups.

Easy to use!

What do you like best about Txtimpact?

Easy to add a group of people at once or a single person. Easy to make specific groups for notifications.

What do you dislike about Txtimpact?

I can say that I've come across any cons for what I use the tool for. So far, so good. Maybe better UX design, but that would be it.

What problems is Txtimpact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am not very software literate, and when I stumbled getting set up, they were right there to help with phone support.

Ease of use. With TXTImpact messaging services is straightforward to create a text, and either send it now or schedule it for later. Great customer service.

Overall I really like the services of TXTImpact.

I recommended TXTImpact Text Message Services to a friend of mine who runs a non-profit with over 100 locations across the US. Immediately we ran into challenges. It turns about another company. They offered the robust platform she needed for her many sites. Unfortunately, the cost was prohibitive.
