I found txt.me a good choice for any type of business. It's simple, fast & the most exciting thing is it's cheaper than any other Live Chat Solutions like (Livechat.com & Zendesk) with almost similar features.

I think it has fewer options for subscriptions like it only has a free version and a pro one. If there will be a package less expensive with limited features that would be better.
