I deal with a lot of images and videos so I need a good way to keep it all in one place and also be accessible. Tweak Dam is great for keeping all those digital assets in one place where all the team can view them.

Nothing to dislike so far, it's been working for me as expected.

It's made storing and sharing digital assets easier. I can confidently share them without worrying about different drives and folders all over the place. The ability to share with literally anyone coupled with security features like time limits on links are very useful.

What I like best is the ability to share files with our multiple stakeholders around the globe, irrespective of time differences, that I can set permissions on the editing and sharing of these images, and that I can reach our 60 global centres in one click. It enables us to keep our marketing and branding uniform across multiple groups and platforms.

There isn't really anything I dislike about Tweak.

I would advise anyone looking at Tweak to seriously consider using it to enhance their marketing presence and solidate their online branding, across their community or franchises. It allows a very useful amount of control for visuals and on-brand messaging. It's multiple functionalities and ease of use make it a preferred option to the likes of Dropbox, WeTransfer, Google Shared Drives etc.

We were using file sharing devices like WeTransfer and Dropbox, but Tweak is a way easier and more accessible platform. We are able to control our brand visually, the use of our logos, and the use of suitable images, keeping our international brand presence clean and uniform. Our stakeholders feel more valued and involved as a result, and value the ability to easily edit images, particularly those who wouldn't have been able to do this previously, and were paying to have this done for them. It allows us to create a stronger marketing and brand presence.

The best aspect of Tweak that has been very beneficial is the fact that we can share all our files with our stores in a more organised way than what we used to before.

I found a little bit confusing to use at the beginning with the groups and collections but we have figured out and its actually quite easy now.

The stores are much more organised with the use of Tweak as they can go in whenever they want and find the signage or documents that they need.

find it fast and easy to use platform to get my videos and images sent over for projects. Across the team we have different user groups, so being able to split these up has been great. We have also become more interactive between groups because of Tewak

it used to take a very long time getting videos shared in the past Now I can just log in and search for them myself and share to partners outside the company

One of the best things about Tweak, is the simplicity and ease of use of the system. Having full control over all aspects. It makes sense from a time and money saving point of view. Also the file management and storage option is fantastic for collating and sharing images, and content with other team members

The system runs very smoothly, without any flaws or issues, so there really was nothing that I disliked within the system

Tweak has made designing and staying on-brand very simple and user-friendly, thus saving both time and money.

The ease of use and sharing & collaborating aspect of the system means that we have more time to focus on other things. There is no time wasted going back and forth with 3rd parties, we are able to access and amend designs instantly. Time-saving and staying on brand would be the two biggest benefits.

Great support, and comprehensible platform.

There have been a few glitches with information appearing missing on the DAM (such as metadata), however we got great feedback from the Tweak team on where to find the data and confidence that any metatagging we did before on the system copied through.

Like anything, you have to use it a few times to get used to it fully. Mapping out the correct levels and permissions to suit the needs of our organisation is a challenge, and understand what all users want from across our platforms is a challenge but we are sure that with Tweak's easy to use platform it will work well.

I like how easy it is to navigate on the site and how there is an option for tips incase you need advice when building your design.

I dont particularly dislike anything. If I could make a suggestion it would be too add some more of the popular text styles we are used to with word etc.

It is very helpful for everyday tasks and signage and for larger scale events.

The system was simple to use, quick and easy to make changes. Really liked the high end designs and all the design elements and options. Very Inspiring designs, it gets you thinking of other ideas for your business. The best thing is that you can do it at any time of day or night, at home or work, so it makes for a relaxing and creative journey.

I cannot find anything that I don't like about the platform. Overall all very positive.

I would highly recommend Tweak. It is great system, really easy to use and excellent customer service. I am looking forward to doing more with it and building up my portfolio of designs.

It is great to be able to have control over what we can design, things don't get lost in translation as much, as you are designing exactly what you want. By doing it yourself by using the designs and assets, you can play around with options, which is also very inspiring and gives you more ideas for more printed items.

We absolutely love Tweak! Since starting to use Tweak we are able to do all our own design in-house for facebook, posters, pop-ups, etc. Before this we were paying for outside graphic designers to do all our design work now we have the freedom and control to do all ourselves which is really great. It is very simple to use and you don't need to have any design experience, all the templates are set up for the various types and you just go in and edit the logos, pictures and words yourself. I would highly recommend Tweak for all businesses who do not have an in-house designer, it will make life a lot simpler and save you money in the process.

There is nothing about Tweak that I do not like!

We have stopped having to use an outside graphic designer by using Tweak, we now can do all design work ourselves.
