The seamless implementation process of Serverless360 simplified our onboarding processes. It has exceptional customer support and has been instrumental in resolving queries promptly.

At the moment there are no dislikes, as Serverless360 proves highly beneficial across various aspects excelling in maintenance tasks and offering robust real-user monitoring capabilities.

The intagretion with Azure Cost Management tools allows for in-depth cost analysis, providing detailed breakdowns of expenditure and expense allocation

I can't think of any cons or negatives right now. It does the tasks effectively.

The platform's ability to monitor and promptly respond to potential spikes in Azure costs ensures pro active cost management.

It is great for optimizing spending, especially with its actionable insights and consolidated cost view subscriptions. The user management is also on point with its granular permissions and Azure AD integration.

Forecasting is definitely to be improved.

Serverless360 tackles Azure cost management comprehensively. It let's you track spending trends, make smarter purchasing decisions , and keeps your budgets in check. Their proactive alerts are also a huge plus.

The level of importance they give to user feedback is commentable. We have multiple end clients using both Power Automate and Azure. While we have numerous clients utilizing both Power Automate and Azure, Serverless 360 initially only supported Azure. However, after considering our feedback and requests, they expanded their support to include monitoring for Power Automate.

Used the features for Power Automate monitoring for around 8months and couldn't find any flaws

We used to build our own cutom tools just for monitoring the health and flow status of Power Automate. But we no longer depend on it, as Serverless 360 provides us with all the reequired answers now. As add ons, I love their automation to resubmit any number of failed flows.

Zero dislikes when it comes to using Serverless360 .It has been super easy to implement.

Serverless360 changed our way of monitoring from a reactive perspective to a very proactive approach. All services and processes are auto-detected. Enables us with a deep dive into purepath.

I personally like Serverless360 best for its ability to track and manage Azure Virtual Machines and the costs associated, especially in production environments.

Certain features that we requested are under development. I believe they will be able to release everything in the next three months.

Constantly struggled with poor cost visibility and as a result, we had an unexpected surge in Azure bills. However, the platform is now providing us with the needed clarity and control over our costs.

We can now transform our cloud costs into meaningful data and get the necessary transparency for the different teams to identify potential saving opportunities using the platform.

It would be good to get a few more customized options.

Native cost management tools did not offer readily available reports and their functionality was limited when it came to analyzing the cost of resources deployed in different subscriptions and regions.Severless360 seems to be one of the platforms in the market to address the gap.

For a beginner, the tool can be a bit complex, but their support team will guide through the whole set up process.

We used to spend so much effort trying to correlate insights from various monitoring tools available in the Azure Portal. However, the situation has greatly improved. The platform now delivers essential insights to multiple teams such as Engineering, Support, DevOps, and more. This enhancement has resulted in a much quicker way to spot and get rid of issues.

I really like how easy it is to set up cost alerts & monitor our Azure budgets using the platform. Their dashboard gives me an instant overview of spend by team & alerts me to any unexpected spikes.

I wish they had more flexibility in the types of alerts you can set up.

keeping our cloud spend on track used to require manual reports and constant checks. That is not the case while using Cost Analyser, as it quickly alerts when predefined cost thresholds are crossed. This helps me stay on top of Azure costs effortlessly.

The functionality to quickly spot the idle resources and take necessary cost control actions. Top of all this, we were amazed with its support for automation and accuracy in forecasting our spend based how much ever we have incurred in our current bill.

Nothing on top of my mind. But, may be can extent the cost management services to a few more resources.
