Not to be hyperbolic, but everything. I am a systems analyst, and I am VERY good at my job. I looked at dozens of repair management systems, and NOTHING ( maybe Fixably but not even them) comes close. If you want a system that does what you want and how you want it, paired with simply top-notch service, look no further. Martin and his team are wonderful to work with and deliver an excellent platform. They are the definition of strategic partners.

The repairs (jewelry specifically- but they work equally well for any repair process) process management.

The flow of the CRM software means it's easy to understand - easier than most larger tech models I believe. The ability to change the workflows and content is so helpful. It's a great price for smaller business models.

Just wasn't able to compete in a large business with more well known CRMs, couldn't meet on price for such a large company and the training was too complex at the beginning for the company to want to change.

All of the little issues that arise. In my experience, the Reporting features fail work properly, Changing the customer name loses the entire order. the search function is horrendous. Customer support is sporadic. Fixing the bugs is not a priority, rather nonexistent, which why I keep writing these reviews.
