The company page options could offer more customization opportunities but as it stands, it is still sufficient.

We wanted to showcase our positive customer feedback on our website so vistors for social-proof purposes and with the easy integration and customization abilities of TrustMate, we are able to accomplish this.

It integrates with Shopify. That was the main use case as we have been paying so much money monthly for the competitor and we had to find out a cheaper option. Trustmate does the job for 50% less cost we have been paying for.it also integrates with Google and FB so you can pull out reviews from these platforms as well which is handy.

100% UX and UI and they also could integrate with more review platforms so you will be able to pull out reviews and publish them in once.UX/UI could be improved and it's not that polished as it should especially for an app that has been on the market for a long time.

Trustmate helps us with sending a reminder to our Shopify customers, pulling out reviews from Google and FB and collecting all reviews and publishing them on our ecom site as we need. I would love to see an option to connect to an SMS provider such as Twillio so we can also send out a text message to our customers requesting a review.

Providing social proof for my company and products.

The product review hints module is fantastic. Reviews are much longer than in other tools. There is also a lot of useful widgets. They provide easy integration with the most popular platforms. I hope TrustMate will develop as fast as they appear.

TrustMate is a relatively new company on the market (2018). I hope this won't be a problem for other merchants.

With TM, I have more reviews than I used to gather with other software companies. Reviews are also longer and are fulfilled with keywords. That is helping me to reach better positions at google listings.

Speed of collecting high quality reviews, that are long, thematic and full of keywords thanks to the built in CLICKABLE HINT system. Worth noticing is that I can define dictionaries with these hints, and adapt them to my industry, and the way that people talk about my products. There is no other tool on the market that can offer this. It is revolutionary idea. Adding a lot of worthy UGC to my site everyday.

I like also how these reviews are then presented via different widgets on my product pages, showing pictures made by customers as well.

I do not find anything that I would dislike at this moment.
