Helping with Automation for our SOC 2 journey

I like how personalized the experience is and how much support they provide along the way. We really needed to start our compliance processes and Trustero was the one vendor that truly listened to our needs, customized a plan and made the process seamless.

Nothing at the moment. Everything works better than expected.

Trustero is helping us with our SOC 2 compliance and providing the software that makes the process smooth and easy. They also connected us directly with a trusted auditor and helping us complete the process quickly and efficiently. I've done several SOC2's in the past and this one has been the smoothest.

The group that we have delt with are the most knowledgeable and supportive group of people I could ask for. They have helped us every step of the way through our SOC2 journey. The application is easy to use and well organized. It had many feature enhancements during our time with it that brought it from great to outstanding. The policy templates were easy to customize to our buisness needs and the evidence descriptions and objectives helped us to know that the information we were uploading was the right thing. Lastly, the integrations the tool uses pulls in information from places like AWS and Azure to help significantly reduce the amount of data you have to go hunting for. Very easy to implement.

When we started working with them the Azure implimentation was new, and so it wasn't as robust at the AWS. I can say that they have implimented many features with Azure that have greatly improved on that implimentation.

The depth and breath of items needed to go from basic policies to SOC2 compliance is immense. The sheer number of policies alone would scare the average organization. Trustero made it very simple to review template policies and customize them to your organization's needs. Then Once you have the policies, the audit tracker tool is incredibly useful to ensure that you are organized when your audit begins.

One platform solution for multi-framework compliance to make the client journey from readiness stages to formal audit as simple as possible. Trustero has a fantastic and knowledgeable team that integrates seamlessly with the clients designated external auditor.

No downsides as of now with Trustero platform or team.

Their expertise, teamwork and support. It would have taken us much longer without them and fair more challenging to obtain our certification.

They're still working to improve their system and processes, so there have been some challenges, but they're there to help you through it while they work to improve it all.

Trustero is helping us to obtain our SOC2 Type2 certification. Achieving this certification will increase our customers confidence, increase revenue opportunities.

Trustero had all of the information required to create all of the various policies and documents to help guide the company into compliance.

I really can't think of anything that I disliked. I can tell you I disliked trying to lead an organization into SOC 2 complaince without Trustero, that was tough.

Every customer we engage with wants us to answer their own security questionaire. In every case, those questions would be satisfied by providing them a SOC 2 report.

Fairly new so there are some growing pains within the UI but the team is constantly improving the product.

Trustero automates control and evidence management which makes the evidence collection and control identification process in the audit a lot more streamlined.

I really liked working with the Trustero team. They are prompt, professional and thorough. The team works incredibly hard to effectively differentiate themselves, and it shows with the customers that they partner with.

This is a crowded space, it's nothing to do with Trustero but some additional focus should be paid on how they differentiate from competition to drive stronger adoption in the space.

They solve for the SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks, preparation in a simple and organized way for the customer to prepare for their Audit and manage GRC program.
