"Thorough Scanning & Excellent Support"

What do you like best about Trust Guard PCI and Malware Scanning?

We prefer Trust Guard for PCI Scanning as they have a complete scanning backend, flexibility on the configuration options, and great support to work through any issues or scanning failures. They also offer other Privacy/etc. products that are great for website use and customer confidence.

What do you dislike about Trust Guard PCI and Malware Scanning?

We like all aspects of the product and find no flaws of note. Their solution seems well implemented with many options. The interface and functionality are clean and concise.

What problems is Trust Guard PCI and Malware Scanning solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trust Guard provides solutions to scan our website and/or merchant services used network zones for malware or security breach potentials, allowing us to resolve any issues or to confirm we are following the latest standards and compliance. Then, after certifying this, we are able to provide this documentation to our MSP for PCI Compliance. They also offer SAQ services for annual PCI requirements.
