TruScore is a flexible platform that has met and exceeded our needs. Our main points of contact are always responsive and a pleasure to work with. TruScore's platform is intuitive and easy to use for survey participants and their raters. TruScore is always looking for ways to innovate and improve.
I cannot think of anything that I dislike.
When we need a new feature or need a feature adjusted, TruScore helps us to problem solve and determine the best course of action based on their expertise and experience.
Above all else, they are amazing to partner with. They made a statement once that has always stuck with me, "if you lose a sales opportunity, it won't be because TruScore can't do it". Their service is second to none.
Beyond that, they know their stuff with it comes to technology and findings to accomplish all of the one-off requests that we send to them.
There are no dislikes that come to mind.
We utilize TruScore to host all of our many program assessments. Their agile ability helps us tremendously as we work to fulfill the needs of our customers, both custom and standard. Using TruScore allows us to focus on what we do well, leadership development, while knowing they will handle the technical needs.
It allows customers to obtain accurate, confidential feedback surveys related to customers, colleagues and others. TruScore represents these evaluations in more easier to understand version.
It requires some experience or training to work on this.
When there is large surveys, there is a problem in analyzing the results of surveys. With the help of TruScore.. it becomes quite easy to understand and analyze those large data as well.
I love how this is so easy to use and that everything is all in place! No need to go from one program to another because everything you need is all right there! So good!
We haven't used this program for too long in my company so right now I have to say I dont have anything I dislike from it.
If you want something that is seamless and easy to use, TruScore is that. Our company has used other programs similar in past years but this one is great because everything is all in one place. Same website for everything and you can see it in real time vs an hour or even a day later. There is so much support that comes with this product that if we ever get stuck, even at 10 at night we can always reach out and get a live support person.
We can do evaluations through this program so easily and smoothly and have the other person see it and connect with it in real time vs an hour or even a day later. It connects everybody together and is so seamless. Other than evaluations, projects and surveys, all in one place, this product is customizable. It's been a great learning process.

I like how accessible their team is. We built great relationships with them right away. I also appreciate how open they are to new ideas. It is a safe place to brainstorm.
This is tough. On the human side of things, there is not anything I would dislike about TruScore. The platform itself is great, especially for 360-like assessments. I think an "add rater" button right at the top next to "add participants" might help for those projects but not for our self-assessments. I also wish there was more flexibility in some of the changes to the system, like status emails. And saving the text if a client wants to add that optional text for invitations.
We allow our participants to retest, currently TruScore is building a button for the users to help with all the support requests we receive. They are also building a new report for a new product that will be live end of Summer 2023. We have been with them since 2021 and every year we have changed the products and reports.
Its 360 feedback assessment and also permitted customization as per project goals includes reminders, deadlines.
