I really like how easy it is to make changes to leases and perform lease modifications. It's also such a seamless implementation. The knowledge base has significantly improved over time and the customer support team is always extremely quick to respond, and you get their response via email so you don't miss it. The Trullion support team always relays painpoints or process improvement opportunities to their software development team, and I have seen many of our suggestions actually come to fruition. Their reports are great for month-end close entries related to ASC 842 and disclosures required for financial reporting purposes. Overall my experience with Trullion has been pleasant. As an ASC 842 expert at a consulting firm, I have experience using many different lease softwares, and this software is SO much easier to use than many of their competitors, it is by-far my favorite lease software I've used.

Trullion can be a little slower when it comes to running reports that include upwards of 1,000 leases. Also as far as I know, there isn't a way to duplicate a lease, which would be a helpful feature when dealing with leases of similar nature. That said, the customer support and development teams are very receptive to feedback and I would assume these will be improved at some point.

Trullion is helping with the ease of implementing ASC 842 and accounting for this going forward. It is very helpful, especially for companies that have many leases with frequent modifications.

Implementation was quick and easy with little need for IT involvement. OCR and AI has improved over time and made the process of uploading new leases seamless.

One of the challenges related to appointment scheduling since all of the people I worked with were located in Israel. The time differences meant one of us needed to work either extra early or late.

Compliance with new accounting standard regarding lease classification. There are complicated accounting calculations needed and we have nearly 200 leases that need to be accounted for.

In terms of the program interface, it is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. When I was first assigned the duty of tracking our leases in this database, I looked to the knowledge base on their website and watched some past webinars in which they were giving training on the program. After just one watch I felt confident enough to conquer the task and was able to do just that. Sara Friedman has been our point of contact and after meeting with her this morning I'd say the staff is just as great as the program.

I've been using Trullion since roughly January of 2023, and can say that there is not a whole lot that I don't like about the program. The only issue that I have personally ran into is the AI not acknowleding certain phrases or terms in their entirety. For example, one most contracts, we are the lessee as Turning Point of Central California, Inc. - however the AI only ever picks up "Central California, Inc." as the lessee.

As a nonprofit organization it is more than vital that we track all of our assets to the tee, and even moreso important that we track our leased assets and the financial obligations that come with them. We use Trullion as a one stop shop to track all of our leased assets from cars, to buildings, to copier machines. What would normally be a full time job for an accountant just takes a few hours out of my day - so this saves us large sums of time and cashflow

It is lighting fast to setup and environment and have it configured to produce the accounting. The user interface is the best in class since it's been designed using the most modern technology with the end-user experience in mind. The customer support is comprehensive and in my experience they are very responsive and client-centric. Final note is the use of OCR to read the contracts and abstract the data removes a cumbersome step in the abstraction process which increases accuracy and decreases the time it takes to gather data.

For adoption and ongoing compliance there is nothing about this system I would change.

Trullion has taken advantage of modern technology to make accounting for leases easier and more digestible for the market. It's use of OCR reduces time to abstract and errors that are inherent with most methodologies which makes this a best in class product in my opinion.

I have found Trullion to be an incredibly customer-friendly company. There are multiple individuals to whom I can reach out to assist with any questions I may have and I have always received a timely response. Additionally, their responsiveness for product improvements is awesome.

The biggest drawback to Trullion has been that they have only really been used for leases platform adoption to date. I'm hoping they have more product offerings in the future!

Providing a lease accounting platform that has an easy-to-use interface for both client and auditor with easy reporting options to benefit the financial statement preparation process.
