We were migrating data from an old CRM to new and were able to successfully do most of that with the quick self-service tool. When we came across an error with migrating records of one of the objects however, Lucy and her team quickly stepped in and resolved the issue, finishing our migration without any aggrivation or frustrating investigative work on our end.

Highly recommend working with this group. Excellent customer service and quick resolution. There were some settings I needed to change on my end to facilitate what they were doing on the back end to complete my project and they provided me with the "How To" guide to make the changes, saving me a lot of time and investigative work.
Able to resolve migrating records with related records from one CRM to another seamlessy.
My company was in the process of implementing salesforce.com from scratch which included migrating 2 distinct systems into salesforce.com. This process required not only the migration of data, but de-duplication and merging of existing data.
Lucy and her team did a great job of helping map the existing fields which also went a long way towards cleaning up the data DURING the migration as opposed to after the migration which saved me and my team many hours of headaches. They were also able to migrate activities and other ancillary information much to delight and relief of the sales team.
While this has nothing to do with Lucy and her team, the data in the source system was garbage Lucy was very accommodating however and we managed to migrate enough information and they provided us with all of the source data for our reference so we could be free of the source system.
If you're migrating data to salesforce.com, save yourself the time, money, and headaches. Go with Trujay. They have done all of the heavy lifting for you and their pricing for the managed migration is well worth it!
As with any migration, there will be at least a few questions about records that didn't come across or where particular pieces of information went. Lucy was able to satisfactorily answer all of my questions and concerns.
Our company was using two separate CRM's. We wanted to merge them and not lose data. We took all the data in HubSpot and migrated it to Zoho. We used the advance mode because I was very familiar with creating custom fields. Advance mode allowed me to manually match the field data in HubSpot to the fields in Zoho. Without this function, we would have lost a lot of data. When it was completed, we did not have any issues. Since this was my first time, it was a learning experience. But Trujay was there to guide me and answer all my question. Irene Staroverova and Scot Trumeter did an outstanding job in making this happen. Thank you both for all your help and we will be using you again on our next project.
It allowed me to manually match the incoming fields to the source fields. once it was complete, there were no issues.
My only dislike would be that they did not have anyone available on the weekend in case I had questions. I understand we all need our free time, so it was not that big of a deal.
Use them if you are doing any kind of migration between CRMs
The problem Trujay solved was not losing data and mismatching the data to the wrong fields.
Have migrated from Zoho CRM to Dynamics. This is a painful task when you want to have all the data in the new system and a couple of pitfalls are waiting.
Gladfully the service was outstanding and able to solve all the problems in the process.

Lucy did a fantastic job helping us do a self-migration. She had in-depth knowledge of the idiosyncrasies of both Copper CRM and Hubspot and she made sure all our data mapping was correct. She rocks!

We used Trujay to migrate from our old CRM (Hubspot) to Salesforce. Once we cleaned up our data and worked out the fields and relevant mappings it was smooth sailing. The user experience is simple enough to navigate and you can follow your nose along the way to get everything configured.
Their customer support was great and easy to contact and they're able to troubleshoot and assist with any challenges. We took the self-serve option and it worked out great for us.
