I feel good knowing that anyone who does text me while driving gets an auto-text back saying that I'm driving and that it keeps me safe.

sometimes when I stop the application takes longer than I would expect for the truce software to deactivate.

Percentage of usage not accurate. Phones that are not active count against utilization.

Feedback is always appreciated. Suggestions are taken into consideration and in some cases actually implemented.

Truce doesn't require a lot of Manager attention to Coach. The program restricts the use of the phones while the vehicle is in motion, just like it says it will.

The drivers that don't want to keep the app installed on their phones. We have had a couple of squeaky wheels that try to uninstall and reinstall the app vs. just leaving it running at all times.

Distracted Driving reduction was the goal. Since implementing the program we have been able to see better driving scores for our drivers. We expect to see improved fuel economy from our drivers since they are reducing the # of aggressive maneuvers, speeding, hard braking and acceleration.

TRUCE manages cellular devices in a manner that helps decrease the chances of distracted driving incidents.

The interface with Apple CarPlay isn't the best.

Truce has definitely helped our employees maintain their focus on the road while driving. And Truce customer support team has always been very helpful and quick to assist with any issue that we've had so far. Kent Lequire always stays on top of things and provides all important and useful information/tips in timely manner, and K'Darious Cash is always there to assist our employees with any technical issues they'd experience.

The app has had a few glitches here and there in the past, but there's been a lot of upgrades now that eliminated those issues.

Truce does exactly what it's built for - preventing the drivers from using their phones while driving. Easy setup, easy administration - exactly what any company would want.

Truce helped us prevent the drivers from distracted driving and from getting into accidents.

I like the app keeps you from using your phone while driving but still allows you to use google maps. The app is very user friendly and the dashboard is easy to read.

If you open up google maps prior to driving, then you need to also click the google maps icon within the Truce Dashboard which causes you to take your eyes off the road for a split second.

I think it is great software for any company that has fleet vehicles. It helps keeps employees safe and free of distractions.

No problems to report. You do need to log back in every couple weeks, but that is not a big deal. The biggest benefit is safe driving while still being able to use GPS through your phone.

The customer support team is extremely good about working with you with any issues you may have. Kent Lequire and K'Darious Cash have been extremely helpful. I never used any other products comparable to this. From what I hear this system is the easiest to install and manage.

The only issue I have is when updates come out sometimes a driver is able to uninstall the app, but Truce has been working with us to get our compliance score back up. The layout of the insights could use a little work in my opinion but overall very well put together.

Completely worth the investment.

A lot of drivers are realizing the addiction they have to their phones. Truce has allowed our drivers to be safer, limiting accidents and distractions. There is no telling how many accidents this software has helped our fleet avoid.

The Truce console for Admins is SO helpful and provides all the information one could need for maintaining Truce throughout a company. In fact, if you use the console for everything it has to offer, most of the time you can find the solution to any problem without having to contact support. Time saver for sure.

The drive scoring/tracking feature has lots of room for improvement, but that's to no fault of Truce. If you understand how Truce works, it's mainly due to external factors out of Truce's control, such as GPS issues and/or physical damage to the user's phone, location can sometimes be a factor... If you use Truce exclusively for upholding a certain standard of driving behavior for your company, it's likely some individuals will be at an unfair disadvantage. HOWEVER, this feature is still very good for knowing the whereabouts of employees (as long as they are compliant with Truce) and being able to track unauthorized vehicle use!

Distracted driving by personal phone usage has dramatically decreased, and has almost been eliminated altogether! Truce helps companies take a proactive approach, preventing accidents and dangerous situations on the road.

The fact that it keeps people safe and allows the technician or the operator who is using it to be cautious and to be greatly cautious of others

It need to have a better response time when stopping. The tech has to wait for a few minutes to wait on the app to load.
