We have been using Trizetto for many years now and have never run into any problems getting out claims out to insurances. Their website is very user friendly. Customer service is always very helpful and easy to get ahold of.
There is seriously nothing I dislike regarding Trizetto. Great company!

Ttizetto is able to process out all our medical claims to different insurance companies in a timely manner. When claims go out correctly our office is paid on time and claims are not outstanding. If there is an error on the claim from our office error, the claim is denied and sent back to use for correction right away.
FACETS have proved to be an excellent choice for my company in dealing with medical claims as it automates claims processing, care management, all the billing procedure, etc as in my business of insurance policies there are hundreds of insurance claim that require proper processing before approval.
This layout of the overlapping of application is so awful and creates a great mess in addition to that it becomes confusing at times. The interface needs a great deal of upgrades to make it more easy to use.

I don’t think there is any major disadvantage to this particular platform it has multiple options and solutions but just sometimes using them effectively could present a challenge because it is not so user friendly. The overlapping of application is a great mess and becomes really confusing at times.
It is of great benefit when you have to track down all different members who claim to their doctors and to make sure that they are actually enrolled to our insurance company. Facets is our database and I love the shortcuts that it allows me to use within the database for faster productivity.
I dislike the old feel to the program but the color change recently helped and it was an upgrade at least.

The benefits of Facets is you can see all the medical claims for a patient when WebFocus doesnt pull them because they are too old.
The way facets segregates various aspects of a claim, member, enrollment, provider and all the various aspects of a healthcare incident into modules or dimensions as we refer to them in the datawarehouse world is just the coolest way to work through a module or join multiple to make a fact.
I personally have felt like its biggest strength is a cause for concern, or maybe its just within my organization. We have seen issues with integrating changes into facets as somewhat of a cumbersome effort.
Most of the services we as a company provide in healthcare use the facets platform to organize data.
The Transfer ability is very helpful when moving back and forth between applications without having to open each new prefix.
There are overlapping applications and some feel like they should be broken into smaller application groups.
Facets is pretty intuitive and should be the standard. It can handle almost every situation presented and does so with relative ease.
