TriNet, an amazing SMB Partner
What do you like best about TriNet?
I have used several PEOs over my career, and by far, the service and attention I get from TriNet is the best. Their response time is spot on and the advice/support I recieve is top notch.

What do you like best about TriNet?
In my experiences with TriNet, they have been very responsive. Our specific customer service team member has a wealth of knowledge and willing to assist to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about TriNet?
The functionality of the system is very robust along with the reporting structure, which provides you to create a report from scratch. Additionally, having benefits not directly associated with TriNet (i.e. FSA) linked to the system provide a use of ease. Also, having direct access to a HR professional is a plus.
Recommendations to others considering TriNet?
Also as a user of the system, easy to find reporting (i.e. pay stubs) with ease.
What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an administrator, I would prefer having a direct time clock reporting system within TriNet instead of using a 3rd party software. It does take away some functionality and creates some confusion among employees.

TriNet is a great HR solution for businesses looking for comprehensive support, especially when it comes to staying compliant with state-specific regulations. Their frequent updates on state guidelines are incredibly helpful, ensuring that our business remains informed and compliant with changing laws. The platform is user-friendly, offering a wide range of HR services, from payroll processing to benefits admninistration. TriNet's cusomter support is also respnsive and knowledgeable. Overal, TriNet is a reliable partner for managing HR needs efficiently while keeping up with ever-evolving state regulations.
What do you dislike about TriNet?
One of the main issues that we have faced with TriNet is the pricing, which can be high compared to other PEO provides, especially for small businesses. There were many hidden fees that we were not aware that we would have to pay when we originally signed up with TriNet. There is some lack of flexibility in benefits pacakges.
What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?
TriNet is helping us manage our HR tasks, including payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and risk management. One of the biggest advantages to us is keeping us updated on state-specific labor laws and regulations, reducing our risk of non-compliance since our company has employees in so many different states throughout the US.

Our hourly employees tend to have difficulty clocking in/out.

What do you like best about TriNet?
I used Trinet's HR PEO service at my last company as well as now. It is very easy to use and my assigned account managers are very responsive. Also like that there is some flexibilities of fields so we can integrate with our global HR system.
What do you dislike about TriNet?
As a PEO customer we are very limited on changes to benefits, so this can be frustrating. For example we are not happy with the plan year timings but it's difficult to move to different dates and Trinet is pushing us to maintain current plan.
What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a smaller company whose benefits were costing a lot to both us and our employees. Being part of Trinet's PEO allows us to offer better benefits at a lower cost. We also find payroll with Trinet easy and dependable.
