What do you like best about Tremendous?

The biggest upside and benefit of using Tremendous.com as a payment platform for my organization would definitely be the effectiveness and security of all payment processes. Also, the support is on a very high level and well managed through their ticket system. I always get prompt and professional responses from the support when needed. Overall, it's an excellent solution for our company as we send out hundreds of incentives weekly. Lastly, I would like to emphasis the various ways our clients can reedem their honorariums which are very helpful and convenient. I think the virtual visa cards is the best possible option as you can use it with ease and check your remainig balance with just a few clicks.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

Almost nothing to be completely honest. The only issue I would highlight is that sometimes the payment confirmation emails go to the spam folder so I need to use the resend option on the platform, but that doesn't happen often at all and it's quite easily fixable. I would say the spam folder issue happens on every 60th or 70th payment sent so it's really nothing that would make Tremendous.com less effective than it actually is. Everything else with dealing with Tremendous.com is optimized and high quality.

What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I stated above, a high-level, very professional and immediate support is always here to help. I had situations where I needed to cancel the payment very fast before it was redeemed and it went very well, without any issues. What I like the most about the process is when I get a confirmation that the ticket is opened and that I'll receive a response shortly. I can also just cc my customer so the conversation can be fully transparent. Also, redemption options on the platform are of great value to us so if needed, we can enable either PayPal or direct deposit way of redemption if our market insights experts require it. Other than that, most of the problems revolve around emails going into spam folders so it's very helpful for me to log in to my Tremendous.com account and see the payment status i.e. delivered, redeemed or canceled. That way I can respond to my clients with their current delivery status which helps me a lot to improve the relationship with them and build trust. I can also reenter the email address and resend the payment in case the previous one was not valid. We have a firm relationship with Tremendous.com and don't intend to change the partner. Just an awesome service that makes our job easier, I have noting but good to say about this organization.

"Better Customer Appreciation Gifts and an Easier to Manage Gifting Process"
What do you like best about Tremendous?

We give gifts to customers in appreciation of a variety of things that they do to support us, including going above and beyond to participate in marketing efforts (use cases, webinars, etc.) and product efforts (feedback / new feature ideation sessions, beta testing, etc.). Prior to Tremendous, giving the right gift to the customer was always a bit of a thought exercise and was a messy process because the person who owned the relationship would have to go order the gift and then process the receipt manually through our expense system. This was both a drain on that person’s time and mental energy, as well as a process that was difficult to track and manage from an aggregated level.

Tremendous allows us to easily send customers gift cards that they can personalize to whatever fits them best. There’s a great selection of gift cards available, as well as the option for the recipient to put the gifted funds towards a charitable donation for those folks who prefer to go that route. In addition, the gifting process is easy to organize and implement. Setting up a campaign is intuitive and adding recipients is as easy as typing in a name and email (or uploading a .csv). You can set up and track gifting campaigns to easily manage your budget and there are great analytics tools so you know who is sending gifts and even where the recipients are redeeming them.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I really don't have much that I dislike. If there were one thing I might add it would be more options for charitable donations. There are a good amount of charity options (48 last time I checked) and almost 1,800 options for giftcards. Again, that's a super minor thing and I haven't heard anyone complain about it.

Tremendous has streamlined the way we thank our customers for going above and beyond for us. It provides our customers with a gift that is meaningful to them and makes the gifting process easier to implement and manage on our side.

Tremendous is an exceptional platform that provides an incredibly convenient, simple to use, and efficient way to send digital rewards and incentives. I've had the pleasure of using their services multiple times, and I have nothing but praise for their platform and the overall experience.

First and foremost, the website's interface is clean, user-friendly, and intuitive. Navigating through the various features and options is a breeze, making it easy to customize and personalize rewards according to my preferences. The platform offers a wide range of options, from gift cards to prepaid Visa cards, making it suitable for various gifting occasions and recipients.

One of the standout features of Tremendous is the extensive selection of brands and retailers available for gift card purchases that are localized to the recipient. Whether it's popular retail stores, online marketplaces, or even restaurants, the platform has an impressive catalog that ensures there's something for everyone. This versatility has been invaluable in allowing me to choose the perfect reward for different individuals and occasions.

Furthermore, the delivery process is seamless and quick. If you're just sending an individual reward (you only need a few pieces of information (name, email, etc) and the recipient receives it via email almost instantly, eliminating any delays or logistical challenges. We leverage the Qualtrics integration which provides a much needed automation if you're trying to leverage incentives to drive response rates to your surveys. Both of these efficiencies are particularly important in today's fast-paced world, where timely delivery of rewards is crucial.

Another aspect I appreciate about Tremendous is their excellent customer support. On the rare occasions when I've had questions or needed assistance, their support team has been prompt, friendly, and helpful. They genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction, and it shows in the level of service they provide.

Lastly, I must mention the overall reliability and security of the platform. I trust Tremendous to handle my transactions securely, ensuring that my personal information and payment details are protected. This peace of mind is vital when dealing with online transactions, and Tremendous delivers on all fronts.

In conclusion, Tremendous is a top-tier platform for sending digital rewards and incentives. With its user-friendly interface, extensive selection, swift deliver, integrations, and global reach this is a tool that SO many organizations can benefit from.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I wouldn't call this a dislike. Based on other reviews I've read, here are a few things to keep in mind.

Tremendous is a totally remote business so, there employees rely solely on virtual/electronic means of communication which can make them less agile than other models. I consider this a growing pain and applaud them for being 100% remote and believe this will pay off long term.

They also avoid meetings and are heavy on documentation both of which I believe will set them up for the future and help will their agility.They also seem to run lean on staff and are high on growth (300% YoY).

The point, don't expect to call someone at Tremendous and instantly get a response. The support I have received has been high quality and friendly.

Overall, well done Tremendous!

"Big fan of how easy Tremendous makes it to send & receive rewards"
What do you like best about Tremendous?

I really dig that the Tremendous platform looks and feels intuitive. I never took a crash course on how to use it to send rewards to people, nor did I need to visit any support pages. I simply signed up and got to it.

Customer support (when I had a question about adding a bank) was swift, friendly, and knowledgable. Correspondence was a breeze, plus my "issue" was resolved; can't beat that, ha!

I also love that you can brand the experience for the recipient(s), so that your entity is at the forefront of things. Using my brand colors and modifying the language recipients see is a wonderful touch that supercharged by there being no cost associated for this feature.

That brings me to my final big thing I like about Tremendous: no fees! No setup fees, no monthlies, no plans, and no surcharges on reward value amounts.

Oh, and can't forget to the ability to edit the rewards relative to the country the recipient lives in, plus making it so that recipients can instead donate their reward to a charity of their choosing. I've used Tremendous twice so far and plan on using it quite a bit this year too.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

At this type, I have absolutely no dislikes. There's no such thing as a perfect company, but man, Tremendous is as close as you can get.

I can't complain about pricing relative to value b/c the platform is free...

I can't complain about the feel of the website b/c it's clean and intuitive...

And I can't complain that I can't brand the experience for my recipient(s) b/c I can!

Actually, one nitpick would be that, although I can see if a reward has been *delivered*, I cannot see whether the recipient has actually *redeemed* their reward. I think being able to know if/when a reward was redeemed w/o having to ask the recipient themselves would be useful.

But if "delivered" and "redeemed" are the same difference in Tremendous' lingo, it would be great for that to be a tad bit more evident.

Aside from that little nitpick, I have no dislikes.

What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tremendous solves the problem of incentivizing folks to show up to my live webinars in a compelling and creative way, and also the problem of rewarding folks for their loyalty to my brand/offerings, without having to send actual money/money orders.

This all benefits me by being able to pay things forward and reward folks in spicy, delightful ways that they may not expect. I also like that the rewards are quite varied, so there's something in there for everyone.

Tremendous offers assistance in multiple ways to their customers. They give their customers more freedom in choices and ways to redeem their funding.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

I believe there should be an 1800 hotline where callers can speak with a live representative. The majority of the clients may be older or just don't have access or ways to use email or the internet. A 1800 helpline will assist the callers who can not simply send an email for help.

What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tremendous is solving the way I communicate with my clients. Majoritrity enjoys a variety of ways to receive their funding. Most clients state that they love to be able to send funds to PayPal account or directly and safely to their checking accounts. This makes it a simpler resolution for me as an administrator when disbursement time comes.

What do you like best about Tremendous?

It was very simple to get everything setup and this is one of the only options I've seen where you can send gift cards internationally. I've even used it for myself to be able to use on app stores, etc where my local cards won't work.

I really have no complaints, it's been a great experience so far.

Tremendous Customer Service is very responsive. Whatever has occurred, Tremendous always finds a solution. Quickly.

Training our staff was simple, the product integrated into our system seamlessly. The choice of gift cards options is also a benefit.

There is nothing to dislike about Tremendous. We are fully satisfied.

What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

We save a huge chunk of time. In six months we processed over 2,200 incentives with a value of over $500,000. 00. This tranlates into approximately 40-60 hours of administrative time saved. No more check printing, no more check reconciliation at the end of projects and no more bank reconciliations and uncashed or lost checks to deal with. We also save the material and processing costs.

What do you like best about Tremendous?

What I like most about Tremendous is the accessibility and versatility - Regardless of team size, company size, or how often you're sending rewards, Tremendous has been a one-size-fits-all platform. Some of the features that have been helpful for us are the pricing and volume flexibility, which makes it easy to use for our small team, and irregular rewards. The platform is user-friendly and streamlines the reward-sending process, so it's easy to use for multiple users in our organization. There are also built-in budget controls that allow you to choose between credit card transactions or preloading accounts with funds.

One of the other notable features is the ability to send digital or physical rewards. Rewards can also be tied to specific campaigns, which simplifies the process of incentivizing product feedback and provides brand customization. I was personally introduced to Tremendous during a product research call and have found value in using it for our team, too.

What do you dislike about Tremendous?

This isn't a dislike, but we haven't had to use customer support, so I don't have any feedback there. We are not using any integrations at this time either. For the features we do use, everything has gone smoothly with no dislikes.

What problems is Tremendous solving and how is that benefiting you?

A couple of the problems Tremendous is solving include being able to engage, reward, and send rewards to users in multiple countries. Some competitors I researched had a more U.S.-centric focus, while Tremendous allows you to reward users worldwide.

The range of reward options was another pro. Recipients can choose rewards based on their preferences instead of the sender guessing what someone may like. Tremendous has even conducted research on recommended reward amounts and frequencies.

The platform tracks rewards sent, removing any manual tracking work, which makes it easy to incentivize product research.

Another problem I came across was having multiple users under one company account. Tremendous allows you to add multiple users per team or company, so campaigns and rewards can be grouped by team/department.

Prior to using Tremendous, we faced the challenge of manually sending gift cards, a process that was not only more complicated but also time-consuming. Some gifts were not available in certain countries, and gift cards directly from the company sometimes went to spam. Tremendous has automated and simplified this task, saving us valuable time and resources.

Lastly, the brand customization feature offered by Tremendous allows us to maintain a consistent and branded experience throughout the reward-giving process. Because branding is tied to a campaign, you can create multiple templates (campaigns) and use different logos and colors.
