At times, the application doesn't show the required details or options available. As it's still in the building stage, travel stop at times lags with it's tech.

Travelstop helps in managing travel and stay itineraries for my colleagues. It also acts as one place to manage and attach all our business expenses as well.
The best part is that it is very user friendly and very easy to look after the expenses on traveling. I have a very good experience as my company uses it for keep a track of where the employees are spending the company expenses and also can reimburse the amount at the same time as well. I honestly feel this is is a very transparent software which keeps the transparency among the employees and the head.

Problems that are solving are the expense management, everytime you don't need to go to the HR for expense reimbursement , travelstop has TRUELY made it easy for the company and the employees in terms of expense management. Before this whole process was into through paper mode or an excel sheet need to be maintained.....but coz of this it made it worry free and simple to work with.
The way of team grouping and the staff can choose it because sometimes the reimburse is not from their team.
Before Teravelstop didn't have the grouping feature so sometimes it confusing to the user who they gonna submit to.
The staff reimbursement there always keep the record so at the end of the month it's very easy to check on top of that, It's easy to the payroll too.

Before the implementation of Travelstop, users had to fill in an excel sheet and attach their receipts in an email for approval and reimbursement, which made it a chore for them to submit their claims. The accounting team would then have to manually record each line item and attach receipts manually on Xero, which made the process time-consuming and error-prone.
With the mobile app, it has made it a lot easier for users to submit claims and we have therefore seen more timely submissions.
It has also saved the accounting team a lot of time as Travelstop is able to generate a Xero-compatible CSV file and download all receipts, which the team can easily import into Xero.
With budget as threshold a user will be shown what are the possible choices once can select for fly and hotel - works similarly with other booking platforms with similar functionality. Only good about Travelstop is it's specific to company use with approval workflow.
Budget threshold - very limited choices will end up getting a 3 star to lower-tier hotel. All approvals should be within policies, if outside policies then would need to gat a manual approval.
Flight and hotel booking standardization in the organization with approval process and policies in place. This ensures all expenses are aligned within the company's budget and guideline.
