It is straightforward to use, and reimbursement is quick and very satisfactory!

I have had no problems with anything the few times I have had to submit reports.

The only thing I don't like is that sometimes I get a receipt but can't match it until a couple days later, which I forget to do.

I enjoy being able to upload my receipts on the go while it helps me stay organized and saves me time submitting my invoices for reimbursement.

I sometimes get frustrated that the App will log me out and worry that I will lose my information, but it has always been recovered. I want to be able to set a repeated expense and plug it into a new report by the date I choose; I have not figured out how to use the feature which claims to allow a repeated expense to be created, yes I can make it, but I haven't been able to figure out how to apply it.

It helps me stay organized while traveling so I don't forget to submit expenses. It is also great for keeping track of taxes I may be eligible for use as a deduction.

Very easy to exchange and has good options, especially if you want to exchange directly for a Giftcard from a store

When you exchange directly for a credit card it is not very clear. Despite being a credit card, some specific establishments do not accept prepaid cards, which is the case with TravelBank cards, so it is worth paying attention to this.

Exchanging points for giftcards, we never use them to manage expenses or travel.

I love that it updates payment methods and we are easyily able to upload reciepts.

Sometimes it can be difficult to create a report and some payments take a few days to show up.

Connecting my purchases to my agency. Allows everyone to keep tabs on what payments are happening. Also while letting you know how much money is left in you have accessible to spend.

Being able to report and extract to send to my AP department for Reimbursement.

Since your outage last week, I have been unable to use the app since I have tried mulitiple times. My apple device just sits "loading". Hoping to clear that up before next expense cycle.

I like the variety of the deals travelbank offers.

I don't see any major issues. More clarity on the history of the used credit card points would be appreciated.

It is helping our company book company flight tickets and accommodation for good deals and use the credit card points.
