In fact, this application improves all aspects of sales by exploring conversations and calls with customers and buyers, coverting them into texts, then analyzing them and providing reports, sometimes in the form of opportunities and sometimes in the form of risks. All what a normal person can extract out of a simple call with a buyer. Thus, it employs the capabilities of AI to the maximum extent possible.
