"The ultimate all-around sale assistant"
What do you like best about Traq.ai?

Traq is always available for me in the background. It frees me during the call from documenting the conversation helping me to focus on the customer and his questions and/or thoughts. Knowing that it'll have the best summary at the end of the conversation.

What do you dislike about Traq.ai?

It is all so new, innovative and helpful that I keep enjoying it. I haven't had the chance to look for the down sides yet

What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracking each conversation. Telling me insights that I did not remember and enforcing the ones I know. For sure increasing my productivity.

The ease of using the recorder in conjunction with Zoom.

The time it takes to transcribe longer calls (60+ minutes).

Very advanced! I have never tried a more practical and useful application of artificial intelligence than this.

Huge capabilities, advanced features, predictive and analytic accuracy, easy implementation, affordable costs, and great integration.

What do you dislike about Traq.ai?

Limited cellphone experience and learning resources

What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

In fact, this application improves all aspects of sales by exploring conversations and calls with customers and buyers, coverting them into texts, then analyzing them and providing reports, sometimes in the form of opportunities and sometimes in the form of risks. All what a normal person can extract out of a simple call with a buyer. Thus, it employs the capabilities of AI to the maximum extent possible.

What do you like best about Traq.ai?

- It helps to record call, transcribe and make notes out of it

- This helps us in saving time going through the recorded audio over and over again

What do you dislike about Traq.ai?

Their pricing seems to be on the higher end. We have several other transcribing tools that could be cost-effective.

What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

This helps us with recording calls, transcribe and understanding the customer's pain points. We can effectively forward these concerns to our team and get the issues resolved.

What do you like best about Traq.ai?

Its a poor tool that lacks smooth transcription experience. Transcribing calls is time consuming it does not provide value and its price is higher than other options. It is also difficult to manage this product.

What do you dislike about Traq.ai?

The accuracy of call transcriptions needs improvements as there have been instances where important details were not accurately captured. The reporting feature needs to be more comprehensive.

What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

It lacks detailed insights to aid in decision making. Traq.ai complicates employee productivity monitoring and analysis. It makes it difficult for us to monitor our teams performance. Its less user friendly nature also consumes our time.

What do you like best about Traq.ai?

The features it provides are difficult to use. When it comes to transcribing calls it is time consuming. There is room for improvement in terms of user friendliness and smoothness.

What do you dislike about Traq.ai?

Traq.ai provides lacking features, like call recording and transcription. The application heavily relies on AI, which sometimes results in inaccuracies in transcriptions. The reporting feature needs to be more comprehensive as it currently only provides insights into opportunities and risks without providing, in depth analysis.

What problems is Traq.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traq.ai is unable to solve the complexity issue by being the user tool available. This obstructs my business by consuming time and not eliminating the learning curve associated with tools. The interface does not allow for navigation and task management.
