I do like that it is very user friendly. I like how easy it is to put new content in and push it out to the teams.

I love the GIFs and how it makes my teams want to learn.

The app is really easy to use. Also, the fact that I can see how far everyone is when it comes to completion is very much appreciated.

I wish you could incorporate signatures.

Also, I wish the tests had more options as they are very one dimensional.

I wish you could have more options when it came to security roles. I wish someone could request to add a user without having access to change content.

It is a very good product, but as with anything the more you put into it the more you will get out of it. It doesn't magically fix all your problems. You still have to work hard to get everything where you want it, but I am already seeing how much it is positively changing our business.

We are able to make changes quicker. Also, everyone is on the same page at the same time. We are able to give the employees their training manual and policy book at the fingertips 24/7

We were able to incorporate bios for our corporate team. (Got this idea from one of your templates) Our employees have said this is their favorite part and they love being able to connect more with our ownership.

Trainual has made onboarding our new employees a breeze! We have uploaded all our policies and procedures and can easily track what has been completed. We also added quizes as well to test! Policies are also super easy to update! Customer service has been wonderful as well anytime we have a question. Overall a great timesaving addition to our company procedures!

No dislikes for us! We have found it easy to use!

Trainual is solving how we track what SOP's our employees have read

I love that the infromation is detailed and that it remains there so we can return to it and brush up on our information. It is easy to use and easy to setup for others!

When I add in a user for manage users and try to add them to a training after I click on their name is disappears. However the person is still added which is a plus.

The probelm of misinfromation, because you will always have access to the right answer anywhere and anytime.

The platform is incredibly user-friendly both to create content and to use.

Recently locations of content created has been in flux which makes it hard to locate and refind but once found we are good to go.

It is putting all our standard operating procedures in one place both for onboarding and for a continuing resource for the companies.

I like that you can easily share process documents with multiple employees.

Trainual is a great place to organize and plan your company manual. It is a simple and streamlined service that gives the user the power to control what does or does not make it in the handbook.

I cannot say I disliked trainual. It has been great!

Trainual has increased productivity and decreased training time by removing redundant tasks from the original operations plan.

We love the format of Trainual and the ability to search for specific topics/words, as well as the ability to track users' completion of sections.

We are yet to discover any dislikes of the program.

Trainual is great! We use it throughout our whole hospital. From boarding to hospitalization. Each deparment has their own section and we are able to have multiple admins. It is a great tool for our ne hires. We give them a trainual log in for them to learn our policies and protocols during their orientation and always have as a reference. Plently of times a team member is needed to run a lab that they are not use to, and they are able to pull up trainual to see how to run that test. And theres an app!!

Honestly, from my point of view, I have no issues with trainual at all. Can not speak for everyoe within the hospital, but personally I love it.

It helps cut down on paper. Since we are able to have an automatic manual for all hospital policies and protocol. Its handy anywhere within the practice since there is an app and you can log in through your phone. It helps it never get misplaced either. Works great for new hires since we can give them access before they even start in order to start reviewing on the department they will be working.

I love how streamlined trainual is. It makes it super easy to have all content in one place.

I do not dislike anything about trainual at all.

We needed a place to put all of the front desk training materials. Now we have that and it teaches the material in a fun way.

I can create my own custom training. I can then assign the training to groups or Roles.

Not intuitive on how to navigate through the website

I can create training subjects for all roles and then group them either by specific role or by Team so that I don't have to go in and assign individual training every time a new employee starts
