TrafficGuard has saved our clients thousands by preventing fraudulent traffic. We're able to make continous campaign optimisations backed by data and plan future activity knowing it's going to perfrom based on historical campaign performance. Our customer support team is also amazing at brining us insights we may have missed, and letting us know what's up and coming in terms of beta features.
It's difficult to pinpoint what we dislike about Traffic Guard as a business as it's genuily one of the best investments we've made as an agency. One feature that would be useful to see on the platfrom is benchmarking data for specific sectors so that we could review how we rank against competitors.
Preventing and detecting fraudulent traffic
While the platform & product are incredibly valuable for the business, we've been blown away by the level of support we've received from TrafficGuard - from onboarding to the monthly check ins, we've received such wonderful service from day one.
We've not found anything we dislike about TrafficGuard yet!
One of the bigger problems we've encountered is having people use our ads as a 'front door' to the website - we've been able to eliminate this issue quickly & easily.
It was great to get such great results from the platform but where I have been more impressed is our account management, particularly through Sandesh.

The depth of the product is fantastic. TrafficGuard does a great job of doing a complex task and making it look easy. Their analysis is spot-on and serves our use case very well.
On top of that, the team members we work with, Jonathan and Matt, are really helpful. They spent time with us, understanding what we do and what aspects of their products we could use. What we really liked about them is that the experienced team was able to divide the work we had to put in (and they had to put in) into small tasks and phases, and before we knew it, the integration was done!
Overall, they are very friendly people and a great product!
Nothing to dislike, to be honest. Initially, the product can seem a bit overwhelming, but TrafficGuard is dealing with a dynamic and challenging industry. Getting used to their offering does not take time; get a hold of their dashboard, and the rest flows from there!
TrafficGuard helps us ensure that we play a small role in addressing the challenges plaguing the broader ad tech industry. Using TrafficGuard we are able to determine instances of ad fraud and prevent potential losses.
It's helping us to save our PPC budget for non-wanted clicks. It is not an jon that we can do manually. So, in that moment TrafficGuard is helping us.
Also, their interface, and product are so user friendly and you can find all the details about your campaings in the tool. It is not just a basic IP blocking tool, it is more :)
Could be cool if we can use for other advertising models and platforms to block more unwanted traffic.

Took a little while to get everything setup.
We are always looking for ways to improve our CPA, and wanted to see if a reduction of fraudulent clicks would help do that. We are also moving to Search 360, so wanted to future proof that.
The category experience shown by the team has been exceptional. They were able to foresee our painpoints and cater for them with a really easy to use product with an even easier to use self-service platform.
The post sales support and regular proactive reviews have also been really useful. I've had prior experiences with different tech where they do a great job selling, but don't follow up as much to make sure you are maximising everything available to you.
So far I'm yet to see many downsides. We only brought on the product 8 weeks ago and everything has been running smoothly.
In the wagering/online gaming industry, there is a lot of click fraud, often resulting from repeat users coming back to your website and using your Google ad as a gateway. Because of the category sensitivity, Google doesn't allow you to use first party data and exclude these users or bid differently - this is where Traffic guard has really helped minimise excessive clicks from repeat users.

A plataforma ainda não permite o envio de lista em massa de endereços de IP's para bloquear. Assim, não consigo escalar o bloqueio de IP's de fraudadores, precisa ser manual.
Com Traffic Guard foi possível mapear os IP's e campanhas que mais tem cliques inválidos, assim a gente consegue economizar o gasto das campanhas a partir do bloqueio dos IP's.
After comparing TrafficGuard to similar services, it was immediately apparent it was an intelligent and professionally created platform. Furthermore, screening every Ad click is sophisticated enough to exclude invalid traffic only after thoroughly examining it. This offers peace of mind that genuine customers are not blocked from seeing your Ads and that unwanted traffic is screened out.
Another standout feature is that it automatically manages your IP exclusion list based on the risk factor. In addition, it decides how long the IP will be excluded, which is visible in the reports section when it is added or deleted from the list. Finally, although some manual validation rules are available as a secondary barrier, they are limited as TrafficGuard is designed to pinpoint the journey of each click on whether it is a high-risk factor or not.
The layout of the navigation panel has been well thought out to access any information required when setting up your account and connecting with your Ads account.
The positive dislike is that you must learn the ropes to understand the intelligent reporting offered. However, once you have mastered it, you will have all the necessary information data at a glance on how your Ad traffic is being protected to benefit your business.
The sophisticated filtering and management of click behavioural patterns, exclusion lists, bots and not-so-friendly hosts are vital tools in protecting your ever-important Ads budget.

The tool's effectiveness and the on-hand team. For both our PPC and Mobile Fraud prevention efforts TrafficGuard has proven itself to be incredibly useful at improving our fraud levels across this activity, while also being relatively easy to set up.
As for the team, they provide excellent customer service, and are on hand to help with our integration needs, educating partners and wider team members, and any general inquiries.
It's a shame that on the mobile side the links aren't compatible with all media buying platforms. It would be great if solutions can be found for some of the platforms where wrapping a TG domain link around an MMP link isn't currently possible.
Our problem has been two fold: On PPC we wanted to prohibit returning users from clicking on branded ads and 'wasting' our marketing budgets by driving up the CPCs, and on Mobile we need to tackle the high amounts of bot and malware traffic that increases our MMP costs and also leads to source misattribution.
