PROS: There are lot of things I love about Tradeshift, I especially like the idea of using it for free without commitments. The tool works out of the box. The tasks that are required for setting up are simple and the ongoing usage is smooth and intuitive. The UI is straightforward and fclear, it doesn’t require some complex development or workaround.
CONS: It doesn’t offer lot of features and there are some limitations. It would be great if they could include more feature so it cna be used by large organizations. They could implement some customization options so we can create our own email and invoice templates. There are only options for deleting and accepting quotes but you cannot cancel them.
PROS: This tool is easy to use. Its interface is great and allows you to easily submit invoices to the customer. You don’t have to go through customer to get the invoice submitted and processed. When you receive the customer’s purchase order on the TS site all you have to do is to accept the order and the invoice is immediately done. Then you’ll receive notifications when the customer has accepted the invoice and when the payment is being processed.
CONS: I wish I could back dated invoices to the date when the work was completed instead of the date when the invoice was submitted. I wish to see the date when the work is done.
PROS: This product is simple and it allows us to make similar invoices for my client every month. I like that I can use prior accepted invoice as a template, and all I need to do is to change the number of the invoice and the date. Some clients want me to change the product but in my opinion this software is second to none.
CONS: The document list can be cluttered when you create various invoices.
PROS: I like almost everything about this software. You can use it for free, there are no commitments. It works out of the box. The few setup tasks that are required are simple and the ongoing usage is intuitive. The interface is clear and understandable, it doesn’t require some complex development.
CONS: I hate to say this, but it has limited functionality. It offers small number of features. They could include more and more features so it can be used by larger companies or organizations. The product would benefit by implementing some customization options so the users can create their own email and invoice tempaltes, instead of using Tradeshift’s. There is no option to cancel quotes, there are options for deleting and accepting.
PROS: It’s easy to use and it takes couple of minutes to set it up. It doesn’t require long-term commitment. It allows us to store all relevant data. It doesn’t have complicated formatting, its templates are customizable by trade, and it has taxable items and tax rates. The layout is customizable and our vendors can easily see our brand recognition whenever they submit invoices.
CONS: It would be really great if they could implement video tutorials for first-time users and to implement success stories from other users. Referrals are very important and video testimonial can increase the rates.
PROS: TradeShift is easy to set up and once you learned it, it becomes more intuitive. I love the customized invoices, this is great feature. I can easily keep track of unpaid invoices. It gives better clarity to clients. It speeds up the invoicing process. Also, it saves huge amount of time.
CONS: I have run into some issues when I used Tradeshift with Firefox, when I called their customer service team they have explained me that this was more because of the Firefox than this product. I haven’t experience any problems when I switched to Chrome.

I like all its features. It offers lot of customization and options than other websites I have used. It is extremely easy to learn how to use the procurement software and all its basic functions. I like that I can track my invoices through every step of the process, and to have full information about the status of the items from creating a draft till the final payment. It has great support team.

The organization of the document page can be cumbersome. I would like to see more streamline methods so I can view all finalized and pending documents. I have run into some built-in complexity when it comes to invoice submitting. But, once you get the rules it gets easier.
