Trak is a very good system especially if you're like us and have were initially a little hesitant to start using software (typical pen and paper kind of people). Has everything we needed to move from simple residential jobs into more complex government projects.

There could be some additional training resources. Would also love to see a unique email address system so that emails you send from the system come back into the system.

We needed a way to track jobs due to the size and scale of simultaneous projects.

We found that Trade Trak was the best application for what we needed as a business to calendar our techs, complete onsite reports, keep track of timesheets and expenses. We have found their tech support teams to be A+, very helpful.

Lag between screens on mobile phone. As it is a website rather an app.

Have a chat to the guys at Trade Trak if you are considering it. I asked ALOT of questions and got answers everytime. They went as far as setting up a zoom meeting and calls to check how we are going using the app. I have found that any concerns or issues I have had have been addressed.

The system is working great and easy to use. Exactly what we needed to have everything online. Trade trak makes it easy to track work and deliver information to all staff and clients in one central system.

Few little problems, bugs, nothing major

Worth looking at. Trade trak do a complimentary meeting to show you the active system to see exactly how it works. They offer a range of setup costs and help. Ongoing costs a minimal, as you only pay per job, not monthly or yearly fees.

We are keeping all project information in 1 system. The ease of sharing the information with all relevant people on the project. Accessible anywhere as it is all 100% online. Can add and change users very quickly. You don't have to wait for an IT person to do it. Customizable to suit your needs.

Trade Trak has been very helpful in managing my startup. It has quite an easy interface to use. It is one of the better application out there for managing trades. The tech support teams are also very helpful.

There is not much to dislike about the app, although there is some lag while using the website. A dedicated app for Trade Trak would be quite useful.
