The customer service so far has been excellent. I also really appreciate the Enterprise Campus. It's super helpful when I need a quick answer.
So far, nothing. The customer service is excellent, the user interface is easy, and I haven't had any issues.

The feature I appreciate is being able to message customer support through their chat box. The system is easy to use and learn but allows you to connect with 3rd party programs in a way that helps our business function.
Changes are applied and there is no way to check in the background if the change was successful. Would be nice to have the ability to try out the program in a beta/testing mode
Helping answer questions and train individual who is new to the system. Going through it at a speed that helps allow me to do the work in the future on my own. Helps take off workload for busy managers
It is easy to set up auto-sign in for staff members, even those less tech-savvy.

The system is highly customizable. Traction Guest allows us to modify and adjust visitor experiences when signing in that fit our needs perfectly. We are able to collect all the information we need for any type of visitor that comes through our doors.
Because of all the features that are available with Traction Guest, it can be challenging at first to know how to set things up correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve when first setting up the system.
Make sure you watch all the training videos that are offered on the Traction Guest site. They are really helpful when first setting up the system.
Traction Guest allows us to monitor and track all the people that come to our facility. At any time, we can see who is on premises, how long they have been here, and when they leave. It also gives us the ability to contact them electronically when needed even if they are not physically present.
The signinapp lobby / visitor /employee management system is really quite easy to use once you have it set up. I purchased an iPad 10.2" and a secure stand to have it mount onto the reception desk area. Installed the app, set up on the web and was up and running quickly. We are on Google Workspace but for now I have just uploaded a CSV with our employee names and email addresses for notification from the system. The chat / support is really terrific and their staff there is wonderful at answering the questions quickly.
Sometimes the UI of the portal isn't straightforward but their help via chat/support is really good. There are more features they are adding to support better notification automation as well as other safety features.
We are solving tracking visitors coming and going into our site. Additionally, using it as a safety feature to have unknown people see it and as they go through the process see that it takes a photo. So, it acts as a deterrent or possible deterrent for possible bad actors coming into the building who should not be there.
The integrations TractionGuest has with G Suite, Slack and Google Drive make it invaluable to our organization. Another feature we really love is being able to pull up a list of every guest at every location, which is critical during emergencies.
Some of the features aren't in the physical spots I think they would be in. I've had to hunt for a few things like administering the global 'users' list is inside of my "preferences" tab.
As our company grows and expands to reach new customers, we are admitting more and more guests and the scalability of TractionGuest has made hosting them as simple as can be.
we have 3 signin app locations and this on 11 seperate iPads and its amazing, we use for after school clubs and for pupils who arrive late
nothing is wrong and we are very happy with the product
fab aftersale and technical always helpful and we would not use anything else now.
we have this for lunch and after school clubs, we also have this set up with our MIS system so when a pupil is late it marks them in at the time they sign in and we dont need to use scraps of paper anymore
TG has a very simple management platform that allows anyone with practically no computer knowledge to get this up and running.
I've done my due diligence and can say that in comparison to other USA and CAN companies, TG has the advantage when it comes to several factors.
They have the most competitive prices in the industry.
Their solution offers tons of features and functionalities that come with the standard package and a lot more if you upgrade to the higher tiers of subscription levels.
Our company's data is not shared or saved in the USA, which is a must for us, a Canada-based company. Their office is based in British Columbia and our data server is located in Canada which is regulated under Canadian privacy law.
They provide 24/7 great online support. I don't like spending time on the phone, if I have the option to chat with a rep, I'll 100% take that option.
2022-04-13 Update: They have finally integrated the Teams notification and it does wonders! Everybody is on Teams, so it was a must feature to have and now that is online, I couldn't be more satisfied.
I do not have much to say in this section. All of my needs are currently covered. They offer you the tools and give you access to their wiki which is great, perhaps an included personal customer manager would've been great.
The downside would be not having a human welcoming our visitor with a smile.
Don't hesitate, I've done the research and as I mentioned previously if you are based in Canada you want to work with TG.
2022-04-13 Update: After several months of use, I can honestly say that I am really satisfied with my choice. This solution is a click and forget solution. All employees like having the notifications pop up in their Teams, Outlook and on their cellphone.
Because of the current situation with this pandemic, we had to let go few resources and the receptionist was one of them.
To cover part of her responsibilities we had to come up with a solution that allowed management of the visitors. TG helped us with exactly that. I can't say yet that this solution will be the long term solution to that specific need as most of our meetings are done online, but it's definitely looking good.

The only thing I somewhat dislike is the complexity of creating the Experiences.
Accountability of who is on our site at all times and the ability to identify our guests with the picture badges.
