TrackVia is an extremely strong low-code/no-code platform for businesses of all sizes in every industry. It puts the power of data centralization & automation into the hands of the users and business process owners, which results in fantastically efficient apps and improved employee satisfaction. For the more technically complex companies, TrackVia offers several routes to extend the platform to your other tools, whether through Workato, Microservices, or the Open API.

Smaller companies or startups might be priced out; however, TrackVia is one of those tools that is a genuine investment in your business vs. an expense. Beyond that, some additional contributions and resources to the developer community would be great.

Think big! When implemented correctly, TrackVia can serve as the hub of your daily operations.

TrackVia makes for a great foundation for an ERP or CRM system. We use it internally for project tracking, inventory tracking, HRM, and customer portal. We have also worked with other businesses to help them implement TrackVia as a full-blown ERP system, typically for usage in the field (mobile app).

I like how organized and efficient TrackVIa is. You can track your time daily, and there is an option to write further description on what your tasks were for that given day. You can also choose to upload your task for that week, if you choose not to do it daily. Then your supervisor will have to approve your timesheet. Each task is assigned to a certain code, making it very organized.

I dislike that employees are given the option to make their own task code as well. This may sometimes lead to confusion and only one person should be delegated to this task to ensure accuracy across all borders and avoid any duplicates.

TrackVia helps to solve missuse of company time because employees have to manually track in their hours to a certain code describing what they did for that day. I realized that this helps me to be more conscientious of my work and how fast or slow I am working on a task. This allows me to reflect on myself and to see if I am working efficiently.

Trackvia allows you to be extremely agile in your development processes.

There is no native many-to-many relationship between tables.

TrackVia is an all in one digital revolution for your company. Once you have your initial setup complete, additional integrations are easy. World-Class support, world-class app.

Our entire organization is ran on TrackVia. We are able to connect all of our systems together with relative ease.

The things I like best are the ease of use, consolidated information, robust KPI tracking, and the awesome team from TrackVia! TV is not only flexible, but also adaptable in order to meet our complex business needs. All of this adds up to greater efficiency for our business.

Implementation has taken longer than expected, but this is more due to our complex business requirements.

By implementing TrackVia, we're consolidating data entry and collection, measuring KPIs, gaining efficiencies through automation, and creating awareness of processes and timelines.

I especially like the rapid development that TrackVia provides in our solution offering.

The filtering of data is not easily adapted by our users.

Ask lots of questions and consider premium service level agreement.

We are tracking airport facility condition and janitorial reports.

In a complex system like healthcare we have many needs for data support, clinical decision making, business intelligence. We collect a huge amount of data and our current electronic health records and financial systems but the sorting, viewing, and reporting features of these systems are limited. Trackvia allows us to import data from any source and develop our own views and dashboards that give us the information we need at any time. The mobile app is a major advance in data collection at the point of care.

There are very few things to dislike about the program. In earlier versions, you were able to make subforms and this is a feature that I hope they bring back in future releases.

Start right away!

We use Trackvia for a variety of solutions. We keep all the Emergency Department and Floor consults in a secure database that allows for easy retrieval and tracking of many aspects of their treatment status. We have a variety of custom research databases. We use it in the process of tracking all the steps for patients going to the operating room. We add financial data to medical events and can assess productivity. We have programmed in patient-reported outcomes to assess patient results.

The support! With the platform being tailored to our company needs, having a team that is extremely knowledgeable about the product, allows us to build some crazy stuff.

The transition into version 2.0. We came from their first version and the transition wasn't a smooth one.

Having a dedicated person in house for the company. There is a lot of information to know in order to keep a system running smoothly and only experience can help that.

Organization, workflows, accountability! We have locations across a few states and this allows us to see what is going on on any given project.

TrackVia was easy to work with to build a system that met our workflow requirements.

I'd like to be able to rearrange items in shortcut panels.

We needed to consolidate various data collection and reporting tools for work order management to get rid of desktop tools (Excel and Access) that could no longer handle the volume of data. We also needed to put tools in our field technicians hands to allow them to manage their work orders. We are able to give the whole team a much better picture of work order status and provide better capabilities across the team to input more accurate information. We've also been able to build in a process for parts ordering from the field that gives the techs and management visibility into the status of the parts orders.

Because we get to decide how we want it to work in our environment it was a really simple set up and implementation.

The only thing I'v experienced that is a negative is some date ranges for pulling data, but that may have been fixed

Get a grip on your undocumented workflow and out of your spreadsheet craziness, it will give you peace of mind and a great ROI

Organization and accountability for internal and external employees and the paper/folder stacks. we have see a very good increase in personnel productivity because of the organization and tracking provided. Communications have improved while emails have greatly decreased. Information and ease of use with the phone app is wonderful

The ease in creating custom applications for your processes is hands-down the #1 thing I like about TrackVia.

Rolling out new features and/or resolving defects is an area to be improved. Some I have submitted have been "on the list" for 1-2 years.

Depending on the complexity of your workflows/processes, TrackVia may be challenging to setup.
