An effective, robust tour management system. That captures the necessary operational data that supports the security operations efforts.
The system doesn't capture a summary for shift tour activity.
The system is great for monitoring officers patrol activity and identifying hotspots within the area of operations.
Versatility. Many functions and capabilities to fit a wide variety of applications.
Point of contact changes often. Sometimes difficult to receive tech support.

Customisable reports for clients
Very difficult to be able extract information in comprehensive report formats. The information is captured there within the software, but requires multiple reports with difficulty to extract information. Reports are customisable for clients but very limited for administrators
Expensive
There is a delay in support being in Australia. Because our setup is unique there can be issues with support staff not being aware of our requirements. However, most iof our support has been outstanding.

Comprehensive tracking of officers in the field
Incident reporting
The client portal has reduced our needs and requirements for frequent client meetings and interactions. The client is able to obtain all of their information within the portal and they save time by not needing to contact us for individual questions. Client meeting focus has moved from discussing individual incidents and more about building relationships.
I like the analytics and how it can be customized. It gives us the opportunity to create excellent reports.
We would like have the most up to date software available and all features. We need a CAD system in Track Tiks.
We are in healthcare and we use the software to help protect us from liabilities through documenting all events with digital media when necessary.
Clients love how they can account for our employers being on site by geo fencing, pictures and pre filled incident reports. Great service and quality!

Accountability and professional reports to the client
TrackTik helps find information for different Officers, including phone numbers, addresses, skills and qualifications, schedules, and more. I use them all day, every day, for so many other things, but I use them the most for the actual clock in and outs and verifying officer hours, breaks, and meals.
I am relatively new to this job, so I have not encountered any obstacles or downsides to TrackTik yet. I would say the only weird thing is that when I am assigning employees for a meeting for 30-day reviews, I have to refresh the screen and start the main screen for their name to show up under employees for final designation; not a big deal, though, adds one or two more steps.
Schedules, meetings, hours, employee information, qualifications, employee picture, rest/meal breaks, client information, billing, invoicing, terminated employees, etc
Follow up by staff and ease of use of their platform
That it does not integrate with Quickbooks seemlessly
Employee time tracking and location tracking. Keeps employees responsible and accountable for their positions especially off site where management is not always present
The different optimizations, and customizations that we can use to make it unique to client's needs
When creating user permissions, it's unclear what selecting or unselecting an item will do.
Accountability, and being able to document incidents in real time.
It's pretty easy to use. And the note's feature comes in handy.
I don't like the Site zone information when pulling hours for billing.

There isn't anything that I don't like about TtackTik. As an early adopter, I've witnessed the remarkable development from what was already a great company to something that appears more resource-rich to the point that there are more features and capabilities in the software than I have time to take advantage of.
The checkpoints help us monitor the movements of our staff while providing documentation of what area was toured and when. We also utilize TrackTik to document incidents.
