The best thing of Trackmyhashtag, it is user friendly, visually appealing and affordably priced. Their support team is quick responsive, polite and helpful. It provides data in CSV and JSON file that can be used as per our requirements.

What do you dislike about TrackMyHashtag?

There really is nothing to dislike about Trackmyhashtag, it provides a fantastic service but it would be great if this software tracked other segments also such as Instagram.

Trackmyhashtag is a great tool to know the performance of hashtags and helps you understand the relevancy of your using hashtags. It also has a cool feature where you will get to know the topmost active influencers engaged with your tweets or your events displayed. It tracks Twitter hashtags as well as provides Twitter historical datasets for academic research.

Great tool for tracking Twitter hashtags

Overall, Trackmyhashtag is a great tool for tracking Twitter hashtags. I have been using it for 8 months and find it so much better than what I was using before. The set-up was quick and easy. It provides relevant metrics and insights including competitor's social media analytics which helped me to plan effective Twitter marketing strategies. The tool helped me in better visualization of data and understanding metrics of analytics.

Simply avoid!

I contacted Trackmyhashtag for help with a historic Twitter search and provided the date range across which I would need them to collect all Tweets with a specific hashtag. Their initial cost estimate was astronomic, though after some back and forth they cut it down. I submitted payment, and then (after they already had my money), their representative contacted me again to say that their estimate was off and informed me that they were now demanding a new price that was nearly 3 times what I had already paid. I tried asking for a new cost estimate with an abbreviated date range so that I wouldn't have to pay any additional money, yet they refused to do so, so the only solution available for me to receive any data for the money I had already sent them was for me to send another payment... While I eventually received my data after this second deposit, the entire experience was scam-like. No reputable business keeps a customer's money and product hostage while demanding payment far in excess of initial estimates.
