Not very easy to manually upload missing conversions (that weren't fired by an advertiser), but to be fair I only tried it once.

we have been using services from Trackier since August 2021. It has been more than an year of using it now. We had a better tracking experience for the campaigns for India Geo (ecoomerce). The details information provided by the platform like session, city, IP, clickid helps us to reduce our work and the data can be downloaded within a few clicks.

There should be chat bot for quick resolution of queries. Although we have dedicated account managers from

Trakcier but still if we have a query while working in mid night I just wanted them to come up with bot answers available.

The most helpful tool for Trackier is their customer support, they are always ready with a solution. It is very affordable as well and pocket friendly.

The best thing about Trackier is that it is very easy to use. A person like me who is not from tech background finds it really easy and helpful to setup campaigns and use this platform for all my tracking needs and traffic. This is highly recommended if you want a platform for all your tracking requirements.

Sometimes platform can feel a bit slow with heavier reports and few bugs here and there. Nothing critical as such and evolving software is ever bug free.

Trackier keeps updating regularly. There are so many changes are happening in regulations for tracking as it includes personal information of website visitors. Trackier made it easy and so robust that covers all policies. Tracking and analytics remain intact.

Not user friendly, trackier is but more technical to understand and know how things work. For example link generation and postback tracking requires technically skilled users.

Earlier we were using our tracking system but the policy changes were so fast that we could not upgrade ourself so fast. Trackier has made it easy for us. And we can now focus on business
