What do you like best about Tracker?

how customaizable the application system is

Myself and my team always hope that when we utilize the chat support option that we receive Kristen Lane as the support rep -she is very knowledgable and has always answered/resolved our questions or issues.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

there is nothing I dislike so far about Tracker.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is allowing us to track all of our candidates/applications and who we hire

What do you like best about Tracker?

I like all of the capabilities within the tool and how every feature is user-friendly.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

There are a lot of features and it can be challenging to navigate through all of the tools correctly at times. I also may just need more training but 1:1 live trainings would be helpful.

Keeping track of all of out past and present clients.

What do you like best about Tracker?

- Easily accessible and comprehensive training materials and support documents. In addition, if we can't find a solution to an issue by searching support documents, we then use the online chat -- and it has been a fantastic experience. Extremely helpful!

- Data and workflow management capabilities: we are able to track and visualize real-time date in regards of open jobs and each active candidate's journey. Plus, with the system's help, we are now able to organize our candidate pipelines and schedule in-bulk outreach messages when it is applicable.

- TrackerRMS reporting module: customized reports have allowed us to gain a better understanding of the whole company and each individual's performance. Individual dashboards are also customizable which is a big plus for us.

- Simple and swift integration with our website, job boards, texting services, telephony, etc.

- Promising new AI functionality for sourcing and documentation purposes: recently we've started successfully using AI generated resume summaries.

Most importantly, TrackerRMS has the best team of individuals that have supported us from the very start. Our dedicated account manager Brittany Daly's expertise has been unparalleled. She is responsive and supportive and is our true partner who is always available to address any questions promptly, help navigate the system, or develop a best practice around one of its features.

I highly recommend TrackerRMS as we've had a very positive experience working with them this year.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

Cannot think of anything significant to dislike about the system.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

TrackerRMS helped us considerably automate and improve our recruitment processes as we witnessed a remarkable reduction in manual tasks and an increase in overall productivity since its implementation

What do you like best about Tracker?

This service is incredibly helpful at actively managing your database of candidates for recruitment services with a robust system that beats out competitors. They are almost always ahead of the digital curve which gives us a major advantage in the recruitment industry.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

While they have a lot of promise there can be strange inconsistency in some other there services. Such as having radius searching available for all records except jobs. Or being unable to utilize external reminders to candidates based on an interview date when they have similar functions elsewhere in their system.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

The full suite of recruitment services from sourcing to placement support and follow up with clients. They do this through a highly adapative workflow while offering flexibility for your operations unique needs.

What do you like best about Tracker?

Tracker thought about alot when building the platform. There are many features that helps recruiters get back to recruiting. The email sequences are true lifesavers for recruiters.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

I can't think of anything that i dislike about Tracker

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracker is helping us spend less time navigating through the CRM and more time talking to our clients and candidates. Our team isn't having to spend wasteful time going a CRM trying to find candidates. Tracker makes it easier to find quality candidates within our ATS.

Tracker is a top-notch product with a great flexible user interface, ease of use, small learning curve, and an amazing support team.

What do you dislike about Tracker?

No much. The robust reporting features are a little trick to learn at first but once you familiarize yourself they become a great tool.

All of the basics are covered...and then some!

What do you dislike about Tracker?

Needs the ability to budget a project and then compare hours worked to the remaining budget.

What problems is Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tracker allows us to keep clients and contractors in one place. Adding Time to this allows us to track what those contractors are doing for those clients!

I love the fact that it can be both simple and highly sophisticated depending on what you want and need.. Loved the online courses as well as the response from tracker team

Only downside I am seeing right now is understanding all the bells and whistles and learning what I need for my business

What do you like best about Tracker?

Recently, I asked about integration capabilities within Tracker to Power BI. Ashley and Courtney provided next-level service by digging into the system and providing me with the answers needed. What impressed me most was the teamwork they displayed, helping one another, resulting in helping me - their customer. It's clear this is a company that cares about one another and that's direct value back to their customers. I have worked with them on other items, from training to custom field modifications.
