I like that it is a full-featured platform rich in functionality. Almost too much, but good to know that these features are available and we can grow into them in future.
It is hard to come up with something worth writing here, because the few items I have, are user preferences, not issues with the system.
Managing a remote group with screenshots to ensure they are working on the work assigned. The reporting is amazing.
Trackabi makes it easy to track time in the office and on the go with options to use a desktop app, mobile app, and web portal. The product makes it easy to keep on top of project status as well as collect time for billing purposes. It also has a simple reporting feature so you can generate Excel and PDF reports for time tracked.
The reporting feature is limited to generating one time reports. It would be nice to have some sort of way to save reports so they can easily be pulled back up and so I can just change the dates for updated content.
The desktop app was a bit unpolished when I first started using it, but it has made some great strides in the past few months and it now works really well for us.
We mainly use Trackabi to collect time for our billing system. We use the reports to pull the time from the system each week. It has streamlined our billing process a lot and saves us a lot of time.
Trackabi allows me to record the time I spend on each task I perform and also lets me adjust that where necessary. Comes in handy when you forget to pause the timer on the way to the loo. But overall it's simple yet effective!
I tried accessing the website from my phone once and that didn't work too nicely. So optimising it for mobile might also prove to be useful. Other than that, I haven't had any other problems.
Trackabi is helping me solve the problem of time management. Keeping an accurate record of time spent on tasks helps me to organise my time a lot better. It also takes care of leave time which helps a lot.
It allows me track my time and work well by calculating my working hours.
I am unable to import the timesheet when I have completed my task.

My employees do not need training. I just told them to use the software, and easy enough, they can figure it out themselves.
The interface is a bit cluttered. It can be improved, but this is not a bad thing.
I switched from CKZ time clock, and trackabi has more features for less. I don't need a dedicated server for time tracking.

No live support, however, their support is very responsive via the ticketing system. I would also like to see the ability to create and assign tags to entries to track other items related to a task.
It allows the fast and easy tracking of time that can be reported for billing customers.
I've used a few similar tools, and this one is the best!
I didn't get it sooner! We won't be switching to another system any time soon!
Time tracking, screen recording, Time off request - super easy system to manage.
Trackabi has ton of features but I'd say one of my favorites is its invoice feature that you can easily send to clients - it also contains the invoice link with all the invoice details.
They can still improve the UI/UX. Took as a while to get used to it at first.
The tool has been excellent and my team and I have been using it daily as our go-to time tracking and management tool.

Provides abilities to manage project/task tracking for multiple clients. Allows clients to keep track of time spent on the project and to monitor time / activities because they can be given read access to the time sheets related to their project. Having desktop and mobile apps is super too.
Creating reports is not intuitive and involves many, IMHO, unnecessary steps. Also doesn't provide and time vs budget information or financial reports. Could not figure out how to get reports data into invoices - I need to spend more time investigating this.
