When searching for an LMS for our training department, I had many varying needs for several departments. I need a very user-friendly software package for my content development and end users. Tovuti has built the ultimate in that combination. First, for the training 'builder,' the Tovuti staff gives you the training to use the system almost immediately. I was already building content during the month-long training period. I utilized their customer support department between training sessions to fill in the blanks while learning. A phenomenal part of Tovuti is their support! I have worked with a lot over the years. Tovuti's support is world-class. I developed a lot of training modules in a relatively short period, which was good because I had some deadlines I was trying to meet after the purchase.

Next, I heard many trainees that have used the Tovuti learning platform say that they were so happy with a straightforward system to work with. It made their training go more rapidly and their retention better. These anecdotal comments from the large group of the earliest trainees indicated that we had made the correct investment. I got many compliments for having made Tovuti the learning framework for them. That speaks volumes. Every one of the trainees refers to the system by its product name. They ask what is next in Tovuti.

I am a total disciple of this product. A potential purchaser of Tovuti will not be disappointed. All you have to do is work with the sales, training and support teams, and you will know that Tovuti has done it right. Mic drop.

I know this will sound a bit odd, but I have nothing to complain about regarding Tovuti. I shopped for the LMS products across various vendors, narrowed the focus down and finally made the purchase. As my positive area comments mentioned, it was the right purchase to make. I had one period when there was a minor glitch in the system, but their tech and support folks corrected it rapidly. So it did not impact us much or for very long.

That was when we launched our first training modules for three large pieces of equipment that we manufacture. I did have to make a few modifications to how I built the content so that the system worked adequately for the trainees. Even with that said, I had learned so much about the system that I could play a bit of tech support myself and figure out what needed to be fixed.

I can't talk to the support guys directly if I have any particular 'downside' point in their operations. It's all handled through email. Having said that, as long as you communicate what you need well, their answering process is rapid and accurate. There may be a bit of back and forth until the question or inquiry is answered, but it would be the same whether it was done via phone or email. I believe their rapid response is based on the fact that they are getting bogged down with long phone calls. Even still, I like to talk to folks sometimes. I work with my sales account executive and get what I need there. So, no complaints really at all.

Our company is 80+ years old. We are the inventor of many of our early industry products. While there have been various training segments either done in-house or contracted outside for specific topical material, we never ventured into the training waters until about 2013. That monthly training has been running ever since (sans the period during which Covid shut down our state). However, we never moved into other areas of training activities. That changed late last fall when we ran a training event for our dealer sales network. Unfortunately, it was evident from the outset that this training was more or less disastrous. At that point, our corporate leadership decided we needed to step forward and start serious training for most all areas of our business to differentiate ourselves from all others in the industry, picking up a torch put down by many manufacturing companies in the 70s, 80s and beyond.

I had been doing the training since 2013, so it naturally fell on my shoulders to bring this department about to handle all business segments that could only improve through better training. I quickly realized that our training programs needed to be easy to use, flexible for our internal needs, and 'mobile.' This latter need would make it easier to use if the training needed to be brought away from our training facility at the office. I began searching for an LMS mechanism. I did not know how they worked, so I didn't know what I didn't know. However, it became apparent early on that Tovuti would separate themselves from the pack. I don't want to discount anything from the other LMS systems because they all had their benefits. Tovuti just seemed to be a natural fit for us.

Ease of use, as mentioned before, was vital in the selection, and we were not disappointed. Flexibility was also a critical factor in the selection. The first training session was going to test whether Tovuti would be the long-term solution for our training needs. I was sure it was, as we had done our homework, but until it was executed and operational, it remained to be seen if this was true. I did not need to be concerned. Tovuti exceeded all expectations. What is exciting is that we are expanding what we are training, what groups of people are training and how we can utilize Tovuti in that equation. When I ask for assistance on a new training or registration process from the support department, I have answers so quickly that its scary!

The ability to create a customized educational program for my contractors. I have noticed as Tovuti has grown so has the capibiities of what my team can offer. I love the support I get from Kathryn in our meetings and how prompt the team responds and considers my feedback.

There honestly nothing I can say that I dislike about Tovuti because if there is something I need the team jumps right on it. Of course there are features I would like to see but it seems like they are already on the roadmap.

Two things come to mind. I suggested a counter for video views and the Tovuti team really jumped on that. The counter helps my team identify the participation from our contractors. Also the Admin gating is something in the works but will be helpful as now other departments in my organization want to know use Tovuti for their training content.

Working with Tovuti LMS has been amazing and painless from the beginning of the deployment. The core functionality is great and the navigation is really easy for both end users and admin.In our company we have used to train large number of personnel about modern business skills and without having any fail it makes our training courses incredibly easy and efficient. It is full of many customizable features for example during content creation one have to ability to add or remove content at a ease.There is tracking feature that allow smooth tracking of course status ,rankings ,certification and learners progress.The learnings offered by this tool are more interactive and interesting ,also you can easily get very detailed reports from it.Have outstanding customer success and technical support service.

Tovuti LMS is complete and truly provides premium quality experience, so far haven't found any negative things

First we have been extremely impressed at the quality and consistency of its services and technology .Has a very smart ,easy to use and branded interface that even attracts learners.With the help of it we have been able to deliver multiple learning programs.Also creating interactive content is quite easy and more professional.

My staff finds it easy to use and navigate. Tovuti welcomes ideas and uses that information for constant product improvement. Their technical support is wonderful. The functionality gives you lots of options to be creative.

Lack of help screens for users. Users generally don't need help, but for my technology-challenged staff (and we all have a few), I have built how-to instructions and posted them in the media library to help them out.

We can use the system to track all training requirements for funders, accreditors, and licensing agencies - not just our corporate procedures and compliance training. Prior to Tovuti, each program manager had spreadsheets and files they kept on every employee to manage and track the external training requirements. Now, I have built courses in Tovuti, which can be assigned, tracked, and will be part of the users transcript when auditors come in. These courses give instructions to the user, provide external links to the trainings, and require the user to upload the certificates they receive for my approval. Now we have an all-inclusive staff training and development record and can easily comply with all the audit requests.
