TOPS ONE is user-friendly; I love it compared to Pro. Our team with One is very informative, helps in any way and is there for any questions we have.
The only thing I have found that I don't like is specific areas; the cursor doesn't land on the following line, meaning I have to use the cursor to add what I need.
It makes JE much easier and you can Edit if you have a date wrong or any other issues. You can always go back and change it.
Navigation. You can always track back to the last screen you were on as well as where you have been. The blue line aka my bread crumb trail is key when training board members on the system. They always get lost and this seems to be the biggest help.
Integration. I feel that it always seems to be an uphill battle getting Tops one to integrate with other systems like smart banking strong room and com web ect .
Time management the automation processes save so much time and headache with the monthly items like collections applying charges and monthly reporting is a breeze with report packages.
