We have been working with delivery contractors for our products but have had to manually alert clients on delivery status call drivers when clients ask for an update. With Tookan, not only are clients given their own tracking link but o can also see where drivers are. The onboarding team was super helpful in getting me setup and assisted me along the way. They don't have apartment numbers yet for US addresses, sometimes the driver app crashes.
