Their advanced algorithms have helped us identify the most relevant audience segments for our campaigns, improving our ad spend efficiency, resulting in higher conversion rates and lower acquisition costs. As of now, we have no complaints about Tomi.ai. Every aspect of their service, from their predictive analytics to their exceptional customer support, has exceeded our expectations.
Tomi.ai has been instrumental in solving our challenges with Facebook ad optimization. Their expertise in predictive analytics has allowed us to optimize our ad campaigns and target our audience more efficiently. This has significantly improved our ad performance and reduced our customer acquisition costs. We’ve also benefited from their proactive customer support, which has been pivotal in addressing our concerns and ensuring our satisfaction.
The team at Tomi takes full ownership of their work. The onboarding was easy and described (one of the few times a project timeline was kept!). This team knows what they are doing and has been an excellent resource for us - both from a human resource perspective but also as a tool in our digital marketing program.
Not many downsides as most of what we had called out to the team as hurdles or hiccups were quickly and diligently solved. For example, at specific points, we have had issues with getting certain fields on our CRM populated (external issue to Tomi.ai), and the team was able to make workarounds happen (quickly) so we could take advantage of their product despite the CRM issues.

The tool worked as advertised and helped us increase ROMI in Search Ads. We used scored segments to optimize the ad spend in several channels and managed to profitably scale our new client acquisition.
Predictive attribution algorithms helped us understand the impact of various campaigns on the sale.
We were impressed by the expertise of the Customer Success team and the level of their dedication to the success of our project: from a very smooth integration to ongoing support and brainstormings and campaign optimization together with our performance marketing team.

We were looking for a tool that would predict the revenue of the ongoing campaigns so that we would not rush with the decisions in turning them off. We used to adjust the allocation of the budget between channels before all the sales fully matured and suspected we might have underinvested in the top-of-the-funnel campaigns.
We needed a smart tool that would help us identify the real value of the traffic, so that we don’t turn off profitable campaigns prematurely.
The entire Tomi.AI team provided prompt feedback during our work, explained complex things in plain language, and was invested in the success of our projects. We have tested the high efficiency of their solution on real advertising campaigns.
There was no visual dashboard with test results and campaigns at the beginning of the project (now there is a handy dashboard). Also, because of a rather complex structure of our advertising account and a large number of campaigns, we waited for quite a long time for the test results.
In 2020, we were facing a limit of warm and hot traffic from paid search ads, with budgets going up, the cost per lead was going up, and running paid ads became unprofitable.
We began working with Tomi.Ai in mid-2020, and since then we have been pleased with our collaboration. The implementation of the predictive analytics model allowed us to use our paid search advertising budget more effectively, as well as significantly increase ROMI.
In the near future, we are planning to implement a real-time lead scoring system from Tomi.AI, that will help our sales team prioritize the work with incoming requests, especially during peak seasons.
While we are still early in our Pilot program with the folks from Tomi, their level of support is second to none. They are a cross-functional team of experts who not only swiftly responds to our requests, but also continuously offers targeting advice to better optimize our various social campaigns and PPC tactics.
After just a few short weeks, we are already seeing a significant increase in return on our overall marketing spend by getting to the right audience.
No complaints so far. More integrations such as LinkedIn, Taboola, among others would be very helpful in capturing addtl audiences.
We use Tomi to analyze the digital customer journey, adding highly targeted audiences while removing channels and programs that didn’t add value to win our customers.
Flexibility! Initially, we didn’t have enough data to train the model on purchases, so Tomi's team came up with a solution to build a predictive model for the middle step in the funnel. It turned out to be instrumental in the success of the pilot.
The communication and client support are top-notch. It felt like they were always there to help where we lacked expertise.
We encountered limitations of the model that were not initially clear. Tomi is best suited for scaling and optimizing the performance of a well-developed channel, but it will not help you get great results in a new untested channel. In the beginning, we experimented extensively with new channels, and it took a long time to achieve good accuracy with the predictive model. If we had understood it from the beginning, we would have started the experiment with well-developed channels and scaled to newer ones, as well as monitored the model's accuracy frequently.
We use performance channels to attract new students, but the sales cycle can take several weeks. As a result, we cannot gather valuable “success” events quickly enough for training campaigns. To address this issue, we were looking for a reliable proxy event that would correlate well with a real purchase in 2-3 weeks but be available faster to fit within the attribution window.
Expertise of the team, technical support, and reliability.
We couldn't allocate a lot of traffic for the A/B test, and it took a long time to get statically significant results.
Improve performance of Google Ads: increase the average order value, increase ROAS, and scale the results.
The team has been great in helping us connect all the right data to the project. While we are in the early stages of the relationship, I am confident we will be able to see the impact of using Tomi.ai to improve the effectiveness of our ad spend.
We have not found a downside yet. The team has been in contact regularly to make sure we reach our milestones.

What I liked most was the ability to use scored users as seeds for LAL audiences - it gave uplift to the growth of our campaigns.
The uneven results are probably not just a problem with Tomi.ai, but also with the advertising systems themselves - sometimes campaigns that were running based on Tomi.ai audiences got bogged down in effectiveness and had to be refocused on other targetings. After a short "rest", I reused them and put them back on their old footing
An alternative data source for bidding based on a predicate model. In B2B, deal cycles are big and there is no time to wait for real data - in this respect, Tomi.ai helps to look 'ahead'. Plus, LAL audiences can be built on the basis of 'predicted' sales.
