I've done multiple integrations with TokenEx for PCI and PII and have had nothing but a great experience with their technical and non-technical support. They are always spot-on and have a great non-production region for you to test in. Great service!

There isn't much to dislike... I'd say that it's a pain to login via two-factor-auth into the DEV region, but that's about it :-)

We're using TokenEx for encryption of card data along with their credit card gateway services. We integrated with several payment vendors very easily and their API was spot on!

We had and have a great experience with TokenEx! The first initial contact and communication was clear and very conductive. We are pleased with the service and the cost. Most of all we have a peace of mind knowing that our customer's data is secure and accessible. We love the API that we use to automate some of our online tools to speed our productivity.

There is nothing to dislike in an excellent business.

TokenEx services are the must-have for small to enterprise level businesses.

Customer data security. We don't need to worry about meeting the compliance requirements as if we would store the data. Also we don't worry about data backup.

The static key that is used for tokenization request authentication? Would be great if it was dynamic.

Easy API integration and no secure data stored in our environment.

Reporting capabilities on the website. It is not possible to generate specific reports for our end customers like a monthly report as well as we don't see the usage history past 30 days. Our customers are interested in having more details than just a 30 day report.

The business requirement was to exchange secure information like credit card numbers or social secure numbers through a PCI compliant interface without storing data (best case) in our environment. This is why we realized this solution for our chat exchanging the data from the website (customer) to the agent. This was used because the customer is using multiple payment vendors and needs to do the payment by the agent,.

The transparent gateway is my favorite feature as it allows us to use processors that did not have a SAQ A compliant integration method at the time.

Nothing now. My only gripe was from the old version where you were limited to how much CSS you could use.

No brainer. The only way to go when having to deal with multiple payment processors.

We are using TokenEx to tokenize card data and it allows us to stay SAQ A compliant when some processors we have worked with offer no such solution.

Focused on doing what they do... really well. The TokenEx team is really friendly and always great to work with. They touch base from time to time to make sure things are going well. The transparent gateway is awesome -- allows us to build direct integrations with various parties while still using TokenEx for tokenization.

I'd like to see TokenEx partner with the Card Brands to offer account updater directly via TokenEx. :)

Talk to the team. I'd recommend using TokenEx to anyone needing tokenization. Definitely reduces the load from our team!

The interface works well, all the information that you might need is available right away. Working with the support team to create some customized reporting and passthrough files was easy and very well managed.

Ease of PCI compliance. We have been able to modify our systems to work with TokenEx so that our PCI scope was greatly reduced.

Our company likes TokenEx because they provide a secure payment iframe and transparent gateway, which allows us to reduce our PCI scope because our system never touches the card data. The tokens are not tied to a proprietary gateway so the tokens can be easily used across gateways and when switching gateways. The per-token cost is lower than other token providers. We also like that we can create sub accounts for our customers that we can manage globally.

We haven't found anything significant we dislike.
