Toggl is a very user friendly platform in all aspects from planning to tracking time. It doesn't require a lot of in depth knowledge, it can be picked up super fast. It makes planning and tracking so much easier and convenient.
For toggl, in some ways it might be too simple, but in todays time I'm not sure that's a bad thing. It worked great for our business so I truly wouldn't change anything.
It helped us with time management, scheduling out different tasks for different employees and create timelines for current and future projects. It was also free which is fantastic!

This is a great tool to use if collaborating teams need to know where in the project a person is, in progress, etc. Be sure this has all the features you are looking for, because it could fall short if you need a more collaborative solution, for example if one project has several people working on it in different capacities.

It's easy to use, and it's the only one that offers a good visual of how tasks and projects extend over the calendar. This for me is incredibly valuable.
Its integration with Google Calendar is limited. You can only see a general task created for the date.

Toggl Plan is our very user-friendly to go program. Managing and organizing tasks within projects is easy, with the drag and drop option being my favorite and the one that really makes this software unique. Toggl Plan is flexible when it comes to the organization of tasks and planning for both short and long term is possible with this program.
The interface is very colorful too, something I love as it keeps me motivated to continue my tasks, and the customization of it is very neat, allowing me to make some changes to adjust to my best routine and workflow.
The mobile app is lacking some features as well as some functionality issues, and overall I am happy with using the desktop version, but sometimes I need to use the mobile app and it’s not the same experience.

I mostly use this app every day to keep track of my daily tasks, small things that I must do in the company and need to be completed during the day. But a lot of the times I do long term planning with this software and I have to say I haven’t been disappointed; Toggl Plan, while keeping it simple, has somehow managed to become a powerful software that is good for many projects no matter the level of difficulty. We are not a small team, but we are not a big team either, it’s somewhere in the middle and I love that this software caters to that need and others.

The work is very dynamic and we needed a tool that made our lives easier. It was then Teamweek that opened the way to the happiness we so much seek. We articulate with veterinarians to carry out health days, we make adoption days and, most importantly, we provide a home for anyone with a category of abandonment. Using Teamweek in these activities seems to make no sense, however it is very useful, since planning is vital to be able to fulfill all the activities. It has a very simple interface and is easy to use. Because Teamweek is a tool on the web we can work at a distance the different work groups where and when they need us, managing to communicate and fulfilling the planning with great responsibility. Now the allocation of activities does not waste our time, with Teamweek, we share them, we exchange tasks, we analyze them and nothing is delayed if someone can not fulfill their responsibility, we try to make everyone aware of the advances or delays in the projects. Teamweek has become our schedule of activities on the web and we make it attractive by highlighting with many colors.

Having your base on the web is a great opportunity, as we constantly move and visit the spaces that are going to be remodeled, so that our work is not restricted to an office, and with Teamweek being on the web the work travels with we. Teamweek helps us project in time, plan through a schedule and shared programming. In each project we have work groups, with which we articulate very well with Teamweek. Since the responsibilities depend on the areas to work, these are assigned by groups according to the previously established program, planning us in a timeline that helps to establish the time for each participant without recharging any, highlighting with striking colors. We learned that by filtering we can easily visualize the tasks assigned by groups and by areas, which helps us save time. We thought it was difficult, but when we started using it we realized that it is a very friendly and easy-to-use interface, even colleagues without skill, drag and drop is considered a success. We consider important the articulation with the interested clients in a way that we allow them to follow the progress in order to be able to receive opinions and suggestions in the works carried out. Now there are no excuses for delays, there are no excuses for forgetting, we are always up to date. Increased our credibility and our responsibility and commitment is our motto before the customers.
Everything is friendly, no criticism for now, and we are clear that they are always looking for updates to make it more attractive to the user every day.
Make frequent updates to avoid problems with users, as events can occur as when eliminating spaces in the work areas of the projects, then life becomes complicated trying to recover them.
Now the allocation of activities and responsibilities is done in a transparent manner. Before it was all complicated and even presented disadvantages by the uneven way in which tasks were assigned. Now everything is distributed in an equitable manner, with well-established timelines.
Teamwork is great project management tool that is intuitive and allows all teams to see what projects/clients everyone is working on for the day- it is essentially a calendar that you can share with multiple people but with better interface. Definitely a great tool for remote teams to make scheduling conference calls easier.
There is nothing I do not like about teamweek at the moment.
