Together Mentorship creates a paired partnership arrangement where you can share and grow together with goals and objectives for continuous self improvement.

There is really nothing to dislike about Together Mentorship. I have never been involved in anything similar and I feel it is very organized and offers one tha ability to do easy follow ups and stay on track with the mentor agreement.

My company has implemented a mentorship program. We are only in session 2 so there is not much to report on yet however I like that it greets me in the morning when there is an upcoming task at hand to remind me and keep me moving and motivated toward my goal setting and implementation.

The best part is that we share the challenges and try to find the path for resolution or win win strategy based on the experiences we faced in past

Sometime it becomes difficult to find time to engage with mentee due to office commitments

Its been great till now using with mentorship together tool software nothing comes in mind as of now but dashboards and training materials can be look into but great as of now.

For L&D department it's great software when comes to employees mentorship and skills and training development programs..

I love the guided mentorship program. Together literally walks you through each stage of the relationship, preps you for every session, and even helps you understand the difference between a good coach and a good mentor.

The navigation can take some getting used to but, the system does walk you through each stage and he's you acclimate if you follow the prompts. The biggest takeaway is if your mentors truly want to participate they will get more out of it.
