I like the way this software helps me file time spend on a project and I can visually see it. Its ease of use makes me like it more.
No much dislikes for this software although it experiences down-time now and then of which am not sure if its really the software of my system that is down.
This is the best time tracking and billing software I have used so far. I like all its features that's why I would recommend it to all those looking forward to implement this great product.
I have been using this tool for project management, billing purposes and time tracking. It has assisted in knowing what time is spent on a certain project and also has assisted on daily to do list.
This is a really helpful tool crucial for a product manager for keeping track of my deadlines and meeting the requirements for what I have to do in each day. I can priorities, make notes and read them later on when that task is coming up in line.
Probably the fact that sometimes I feel like I have too many software opened so that might be tricky because I only have my emails and other programs that have to do lists plus I have another excel spreadsheet to use as a to do list.
No problems with Todo. If I make sure that I have a back up so that I will not lose my tasks everything is OK. The benefits are meeting the deadlines and ensuring that I accomplish my tasks in time.

Personally, a highly limited storage place even for premium accounts isn't fair. Besides, the application crashes sometimes without any specified reason while adding files, so attaching files in the application is difficult.

I like the integration of time tracking, task (and project) management and billing. It means that I can break projects down into specific tasks, and track my time directly on these tasks at my hourly rates as I work on them!
todo.vu calculates my totals for me, so when I'm ready to invoice, all I have to do is create a billing report in todo.vu, which takes next to no time at all.
I can also invite my clients to log in and add and comment on tasks themselves, and the ability to email or forward emails to todo.vu, which the system then converts automatically to tasks, is awesome. Really cuts down on the admin time!
It's great not to have to integrate other software to get everything done, and the dev team and owner Tom are really helpful if you have any questions or an idea for a feature or functionality.
I'd like to see the functionality for fixed-price (rather than hourly) billing, but I have been in touch with Tom and he said that this is a function in the pipeline!
Before todo.vu, I was using a bunch of different software -- one for task management, one for time tracking etc. -- but because there were so many, I wasn't using any of them properly! When I started using todo.vu, as I could do so many of the things I needed to do in one platform, it was so much easier for me to keep using it and now I don't know what I would do without it!
