I was able to quickly build a customized event that reflected our branding and culture.

The time it took to set up was minimal, and the interface was intuitive and didn't require much to figure it out quickly.

The pricing was very affordable compared to competitors that I've tried in the past, especially for the functionality that was included.

Hosting virtual events to get together B2B communities I run.

They work with you to customize the platform to your companies specific needs; for example, we wanted to have a look and feel of an Expo Hall where clients could drop in and out of vendor booths to have a one-on-one or one-to-many conversation. On many platforms, you can only do chat and that doesn't work well for connecting with the clients. We could create a scavenger hunt for the Expo to increase the interactive experience.

New customization features were not ready for our companies current event but should be available shortly.

Really liked the ease of admin managing the entire virtual conference. They made it super simple to create the events, and then reuse/edit the content.

They are still early and building out the full feature set, so it isn't as robust as e.g. Hopin. But it is hard to imagine that even under the current release, it is already competitive.

We want to run webinars as if it were on our own website, like "white-label" style. We realized very early that Tocca's approach would be perfect for us over those that exist on the market today.

Tocca is very easy to use as compared to the other virtual conference platforms. The platform can be customized to align with the client's visual identity.

The networking lounge is very efficient to grow the professional network, Tocca's features enables the participants to know the background of the person before connecting with them, which makes the networking experience focused, effective, and time efficient.

Tocca can improve on the visual graphics to make the user experience more realistic.

It's a great platform for hosting the virtual events, and they have the best support team to help you during your live event. They are dedicated to the success of your event, they will guide you through every step of your event experience and will work with you to customize it to your requirements. I highly recommend Tocca for your next event!

Tocca has helped us with the continuity of the events/conferences during the pandemic. It's a new way of connecting with participants and hosting events, while reducing our environmental impact due to the travel required for the global conferences. Tocca has the potential to be a leader in reducing carbon emissions from the big events.

I was very happy that the platform allowed us to closely mimic the activities we would have at a live, in-person event. We were also able to brand the platform and share our story relatively easily.

Tocca continues to work on improved functionality that will make the platform even easier to use as time goes on. There were a couple of tech hiccups that were not surprising considering the relative newness of online events.

We were able to host a fund-raising event that we could not have hosted in a pandemic. The event exceeded our fund-raising goal and provided the opportunity to tell our story well using live presenters and video.

We liked the intimacy of the event.

According to the feedback from our guests, the networking lounge was everyone's favorite feature of the platform. Our attendees, who place a high value on privacy, attended the lounge and accepted the invitations of the other guests.

We also loved the 30+ breakout rooms that Tocca designed to facilitate LP/GP one-on-one meetings. Thanks to that feature, 163 unique connections were made.

Overall, the quality of the event was really high and exceeded our expectations.

There was nothing we disliked about the experience. For our next conference, we'd like Tocca to add a few more features that our guests have requested after the conference.

Tocca is helping us solve the gender gap problem in the venture world.

- The Tocca platform creates an immersive experience for our participants - I loved how people can step in and out of sessions at will (Just like an in-person event).

- The event platform was 100% branded as ours. This made the event feel VERY high production value and much better than the alternatives we have used in the past, which were less flexible and had their branding on it.

- The ability for attendees to 'step out' of a room and network is excellent. It recreates the in-person experience as accurately as you would hope for in a digital context. We wanted people to connect and they did.

I didn't find anything to dislike - It met our requirements to a tee and the services team were always happy to guide us as we designed our event layout etc.

We needed create an event experience that allowed for attendee real-time networking and to allow flexibility in terms of which 'rooms' they spent time in.

We needed an environment where people could make real connections through as close to IRL networking experiences as possible.

The functionalities of the platform mimic perfectly the kind of activities and interactions people would have at a physical club fair. We were able to focus on the content and the design of the event rather than on the platform itself as it offered exactly what we wanted.

Some features could enhance the experience further and are already on the product roadmap (chat,..)

We wanted to replace our physical Club Fair with a virtual event where people can learn about several clubs within a short period of time and have meaningful informal networking opportunities with their fellow alumni. The platform needed to offer flexibility and the opportunity to move from one room or discussion to another very naturally.

We used Tocca for an internal event for our investors and advisors into our fund. There was a good match in the format to what they would expect at an in-person conference. This required minimal new learning for them. One of the quotes we got back from an attendee was: "I thought by far this was the best video format conference call I’ve been on."

As a presenter I had to have a separate device logged in to see exactly what my audience was seeing. I believe they are addressing this for a future release.

Attend a meeting on the platform yourself.

We had planned to have live events to get together over 40 investors and 200 advisors -- this was a problem with the current social distancing considerations, so we went virtual with Tocca. It would have been a challenge to do it in a less structured format with regular video conferencing tools.
