Customer support and ease to use. Very user friendly

Nothing at the moment. Features and support has met expectations so far.

Recommendations to others considering TIMIFY:

It is easy to set up and manage. Changes are updated instantly and it is very responsive.

What problems is TIMIFY solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have removed the need to arrange appointments with users via email or phone, which has allowed the redeployment of resources to other activities. At the moment, we have only implemented this on a pilot basis, but it is likely that we will roll out the service to most offices.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Lo visual de la herramienta, interfaz amigable, permite visualizar en el calendario todo el equipo, la uso para gestión de agendamientos de servicios de taller de motocicletas.

La versión clásic es buena opcion para pequeños negocios.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

Me gustaría que el proceso de notificacion de recordatorios a clientes pudiese se mas adaptable a las necesidades del negocio en la versión premium.

sería bueno poder gestionar desde la agenda los clientes que si asistieron a la cita y visualizar en que servicio se encuentra trabajando el técnico, al finalizarlo se le notifique al cliente que el servicio ha culminado.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Die einfache Struktur und Übersichtlichkeit. Gruppenbuchungen sind möglich. Angebote über eine bestimmte Zeit. Der Kunde bekommt eine Erinnerungsmail (so wird der Termin seltener vergessen). Neue Leistungen können schnell und unkompliziert angelegt werden. Ich kann unterschiedliche Farben für die Leistungen nutzen, was die Übersichtlichkeit sehr erleichtert. Ich kann von meinem PC in der Arbeit, aber auch vom Handy unterwegs auf Timify zugreifen und somit von üerall Kunden manuell einbuchen. Der Kunde bekommt einen Link und kann damit den Termin eigenständig verschieben oder absagen, wenn ihm zeitlich etwas dazwischen gekommen ist (somit fallen deutlich weniger Termine aus)

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

Schade ist, dass ich keine zwei Firmen kombinieren kann in einem Kalender. So sehen die Kunden immer alle Buchungsmöglichkeiten aller Firmen von mir. Dadurch ist das Einbuchen und Auswählen der richtigen Leistung beim ersten Mal etwas komplizierter für den Kunden.

What do you like best about TIMIFY?

Both the information and test phase at the beginning as well as the onboarding were great for us. The employees always took the time for our questions and developed a customer-oriented solution together with us. The customer support is very committed and responds within a very short time.

What do you dislike about TIMIFY?

Actually there are no downsides for us :-)

With TIMIFY we're able to offer personal product advice within our online shops (different brands and countries).
