I like being able to keep track of everyone's timesheets, time accrual and keeping things simple for employees and managers to monitor.

Our team has started using TimeTrex Time & Attendance and we are already seeing the benefits. TimeTrex is a time tracking and employee scheduling application. Its is a great alternative to a excel time-sheet. The application is user friendly and runs smoothly on desktop. It can provide real time insights and has integrated payroll system. TimeTrex makes it easy to manage employees time and attendance with workforce automation

The best part of this software is the real-time timesheets, and accrual and time bank monitoring with appropriate levels of manager and employee self-service functionality.

Most obvious being the efficiency of online time and attendance. This software integrates with our HR platform and is easy to use for every employee. You are able to look back on the weeks of the year and fix any mistakes you see by reaching out to the Payroll representative. You are able to manually upload and add in any hours worked and eligible paid absences like sick and vacation. If you are over an hourly employee who is punching in and out each day and you happen to miss a punch in and out you are then able to request a manual punch be entered for you.

There are too many drop downs to choose from and it takes too much time selecting each box in order to punch in.

I don't have any reservations recommending this product for purchase by your company. As far as time and attendance software go it is right on par with many others. It does not stand out or fall below the other options.

The biggest problem is being able to have all employees across the organization on the same page and able to be run through the same system. We previously had half of the team using an online platform and the other half submitting paper cards that HR then had to manually enter. It was easy to accidentally enter something wrong from the paper cards and it could potentially mess up that employees pay if it wasn't caught. This system leaves less room for error.

Time trex is most helpful in keeping track of the time and categories in which employees put their efforts.

There is nothing that I dislike about the software.

Time Trex allows me to keep track of where I am spending my time at work. I like that I get email reminders when it is time to report a new cycle.

Timetrex allows you to see the amount of hours in a given pay period.

Timetrex does not allow for two allotted "lunches" in the event you are in a situation where you must check out prematurely.

Timetrex has made keeping track of my personal payroll, either weekly or by pay period, very managable and simple.

I don't particularly like or hate it; it works adequately, is fairly simple to use

Sometimes the website doesn't seem to function right; it can be tried from multiple browsers and won't load, which means I have to email my supervisor and ask for my punches to be manually changed.

We use TimeTrex to clock in and out from our shifts; it's nice to be able to do so for a virtual office environment.
