TimeTrax is a user friendly software it helped us out to maintain records of every employees attendance and payroll. The best thing is that we can apply filters for searching specific employe's data.

Initially training record but after that it is easy and I realised that it is the best software for maintaing records of each employees data.

TimeTrax is the best software it helped us in maintaining records of attendance and payroll of every employees, even for employees it saves time and paper work like employee can easily apply for leaves online with the reasons.

Overall its a great application to get the fastest solutions in the area of supporting the staff members.

So far its a good experience. I didnt found anything in the app that i dislike.

Overall: I liked how easy it was to use no learning curve but When we went to upgrade the PC this software resides on, Pyramid customer support insisted we purchase the software all over again. (We couldn't locate the original install disk) They refused to allow us to simply download our version so we could reinstall it on the new machine. This is a very poor customer service policy!

Replacement software policy. We lost the original installation disk and they insisted we re-purchase it.

Be willing to use cds for software when you get new PCs

Since switching to this product, payroll has been a breeze. Before we would use a manual time clock and I had to calculate the employee's hours myself. Now on payday I log into the software and can easily see when everyone clocked in and out each day.

It's cost-effective and has less time for deployment, and eventually takes less time for people to be expert and do activities very quickly

Scanner on the machines can be temperamental, and the version we use is not MAC compatible

Make the system compatible with apple /MACs
