I like that it has been reliable. It has a lot of potential and the integration onto my website was very simple. I liked the ability to do simple customizations. I like the look busy mode, the automatic reminders.

Not easy to access the timesynce portion of novacall. I was trying to get to the page at work and I had to try a few links to be able to log in. Some of the links at the top of the page tried to sell me but wouldn't let me login.

I wish there were options to have daily emails of appointments all laid out. So at 9am I could get my email and see if anyone booked me for the entire day. Or hand it to employees. Bunched day-of reporting.

It's a shame they don't offer SSL. Inconvenient if you aren't trying to embed on a page while keep your customers on your brand.

I wanted an unbranded solution I could throw into my website without much hassle. I liked the idea of getting the sms and email reminders firing off to customers and myself to remember the meetings. I like how the meeting keys are included in these reminders. Very useful.

I wish accessing the dashboard were easier. It's harder than it needs to be to get to the timesync web login. I usually have a bookmark but I wanted to check from another location and realized the issue.

I am happy with TimeSync. Can't find anything to say I dislike

TImeSync offered a lifetime package which I had no issue signing up immediately. There is no more monthly charge for scheduling service in my business.

The ability to have my own personal calendar that can be added to my website

Can have separate calendar for team mate, there is a teammate area but would like them to have there own log in

This is now a feature-rich scheduling program with in-demand features including “look busy” mode - which is a huge feature in demand for many of the competitors. Additionally, this software is visually appealing, unlike some competitors.

Navigating the menu is not as straightforward as it could be. There's room to streamline this to make it easier on the user.

It's allowing me to have customers schedule easily, and its cheaper than the competitors while still having competitive features.

I've been looking for an alternative to other booking calendars where the process of setting up events and other settings are streamlined, and Timesync does a good job at this. I also like the "qualification" setting where they can book only if they meet my criteria.

It was a bit hard to find how to check avalability for events for certain calendars. I'm also not sure if I can add events to my employees.
