I love how user-friendly Timesolv is. It is intuitive, easy to use, visually appealing, and does exactly what I need on day to day basis. I really enjoy the search function as well.
The only issue that I have had with TimeSolv has been when I zoom in or out of the screen. If I zoom too far out, I have found myself to be unable to add time entries on the weekend days.
It is quick and easy to use! I don't have to write down all my time entries. I can simply start the timer, and Timesolv does the rest! I also really like the categories we can add to further distinguish what I bill for.

The whole onboarding process was painless. I met our rep right away and had a tutorial immediately. The next steps were laid out in plain language and the costs were explained along the way.
After getting to know the program and its reports and myriad ways to categorize everything-- I dislike NOTHING. My rep is always an email away if I have any odd questions.

TimeSolv is user friendly, web based (so no need to always back up data), and has great customer service, They are always improving their product too.
Two minor issues I have with TimeSolv: (1) When entering time, my hands have to leave the keyboard to enter the date, which is entered on a calendar to the left of the screen; and (2) there is no quick (hot key) way to repeat the name of the client entered in the previous entry. These two issues slow me down a bit when entering time.
For about 25 years I used TimeSlips for billing, which involved buying the software. I had many issues and glitches over the years, and their customer service was abysmal. Every year they updated their software and wanted you to buy the new version, which always involved more difficult ways to do things and was full of more glitches. I had to back up data every time I used it. I could not access it from any place other than the computer on which the software was loaded. The formatting of the bills was unbelievably complicated. It was misery to do the billing each month, and I was concerned that if anything happened to me, no one would be able to take it over easily. And yet I dreaded the idea of having to convert to a new system. That is when I started researching online billing and found TimeSolv. They made it SO EASY. They converted my data and set everything up. They gave me a short tutorial, and I was set! Of course there is always a learning curve, but when I had a question, the answer was always easy to find. And I have had no problems whatsoever. I only wish I'd done it sooner. Now several people have access to the billing so if something happens to me, they can pick up where I left off.
It is very user-friendly. It helps us keep track of the billing hours and the type of work we do for each client. It allows us to do reports based on every kind of work, which lets us determine which areas we receive our primary income from.
I have not found any dislikes yet. We only use Timesolv for tracking billable and nonbillable hours. We also use it to create invoices and to track cash receipts. We have no complaints regarding those features.
It helps us manage our time better. We want to generate more billable hours than nonbillable hours. We do reports on each user and determine the areas they need to focus on improving.
The most helpful thing about TimeSolv is the excellent customer service. They also center the software around the customer, so you can customize the software platform to fit your specific billing needs. TimeSolv also constantly improves their software by making changes based on customer feedback.
Some of the basic features are static and cannot be changed for instance, how many characters can be written into a note and how the date is presented in year, month, day instead of month, day, year
TimeSolve keeps me billing all my time in an orderly and organized fashion. Creating invoices is a breeze because I am consistently using TimeSolve to better my work flow and keep track of the tasks I need to get done and when I need to get it done.

The only issues I've come across so far are the lack of reports. That's the main distinction between this and timeslips. We used to use billing worksheet summarys and haven't found a close equivilent.
Keeping track of employee / employer schedules to allow for bimonthly invoicing to clients in the CPA industry. This is required for the complex returns where clients don't always provide documents timely.

It's quite an intuitive easy to use product. If for whatever reason I cannot figure out how to do something (it's happened only twice), the support staff is always available to help. Case in point: I needed to adjust some settings first implemented about 3 years ago. Within a few seconds of putting in a request for a general meeting, one was scheduled for within the hour. Gigi (excellent team member!) helped walk me through the steps to solve the problem. Amazing!
A few times, I haven't been able to figure out some settings that needed updating. In each case however, the support staff helped me solve the issues right away.
