It’s helpful because it doesn’t take that long to learn how to use. It only took me a couple of mins to an hour to catch on to the software.

It’s easier to manage time tracking and employees
The system is well-designed and easy for our employees to complete. The staff is very reactive is case there is a technical problem and took a lot of time with me to install the software on our server and work out any bugs.
I would benefit from a manual, but this is minor.
We now have a quick way to track hours employees spend on projects and quickly add projects as they arise.
Anyway, I like the fact that I am able to keep track of my employees without having to remind them. It's more like spying on them, keeping them in check as well. It is very easy to monitor your employees at their own desks or even if they work in different locations. It helps to track expenses against each tasks as well and it helps to manage business smartly.
Don't have any dislike yet, but I hope someone will not able to change the time by himself or herself.

The way we have to enter hours with various placeholders, it is not very simple. Also, I wish you could hit tab when you are selecting the type of hours you are entering.
