IT'S JUST THE BASICS. IF YOU NEED IT TO BE FANCY AND HAVE A LOT OF FEATURES, THEN GET A DIFFERENT PROGRAM
IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROGRAM THAT HAS BASIC TIME TRACKING AND EXPENSE TRACKING, THIS IS IT.
IF YOOU WANT SOMETHING MORE ADVANCED, WITH MORE FEATURES, THIS IS PROBABLY NOT IT. THIS IS VERY SIMPLE TO USE, EASY, AND FAST. YOU CAN MANY USERS AND MANAGERS APPROVAL EVEN OFFLINE. I RECOMMEND IT.
I AM ABLE TO KEEP TRACK OF MY ACTUAL TIME MORE EFFICENTLY THAN I DO AT WORK. I HAVE TRACKED ALL OF MY WOK EXPENSES THAT I CAN CLAIM ON MY TAXES, AS WELL AS GET REIMBURSED FOR.

For me some of the features are a little quirky with this, however it not a big deal my eyes, it is easy enough to work around.

I really liked that Time Ledger allowed me to track my expenses and time spent on a software, it allowed my supervisors to see their ROI, and the value of my work. I also like that it showed when i tried to cut costs by giving detailed list of expenses associated with a project and then an overview of projects and expenses for a set time period.
The product did not integrate well and took alot of time as opposed to being easy to use and running in the background as I work.
Consider integration needs and if you will spend more time inputting data to get the ROI/Expenses or if it will improve the time management processes for employees.

One of the features I like most about Timeledger is that it allows you to work from anywhere through any device, with or without an internet connection. Its real-time alerts are a great benefit and can be easily configured via email. Another great advantage of this software is that it allows you to create time sheets and expense approvals, so that the process becomes much easier and faster. Because it is fully customizable, this tool is perfectly suited to our company.
Its interface is a bit confusing and that makes it difficult to use, at the beginning we wasted a lot of time trying to decipher the operation of some functions and that represented a big problem for us. Beyond this, there are no other negative aspects that I can mention about Timeledger, it is a useful, powerful and effective tool.
I recommend this software to all those companies or people who want to improve their productivity. I suggest users start with the free trial so that they can determine if the product meets their needs and expectations. On the other hand, I suggest connecting to the internet when using the software, this way the data will be synchronized automatically and the information will always be up to date.
We have been using this tool for a couple of months and I can say that we are very pleased with the results. I really love the functionality of this time management solution. It allows for a streamlined time sheet and expense management process with features that felt designed to make the review and approval process simple and efficient. The website is user-friendly and very reliable. It is so intuitive that very little training was required when I come onboard. Whenever we have a question or a service request, it is handled promptly. I have reviewed several competitors’ products but repeatedly choose to stick with TimeLedger.
The speed of the website could sometimes lag. I don't have many bad things to say about this application, but I will say that at times the application could be slow to load pages. There's several report types. Won the match almost every need. Sometimes it's so many that I get confused and have a hard time finding my way back to a report that worked before.
Increasing the Server load could potentially increase the speed at which the website functions.
My team felt comfortable using TimeLedger as key terms were easily modified to match the terminology used within my organization. Customers can be referred to as a “clients” or any other term you choose. Departments can be called “teams” or “groups”. This flexibility and customization seemed trivial, but instantly loved by the team. The details reporting functions enable need to meet various customer requirements and cut reports that helps me ensure maximum billing. The customer service is great whenever I do have a question I get feedback that helps me move me on my way.
