What do you like best about TimeHero?

Timehero really helps me out to keep track of my events and complete it on time and even it helps me to get time to use my useless time into an useful one. With this I have claimed a greater insights into my life and started working professionally.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

Some notifications on TimeHero are being ignored automatically ignored which sometimes let my important schedules to be missed. So inorder to resolve this the development team can focus on the same to get this resolved as much as possible.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about TimeHero?

Pretty much easy to organize our team, projects, and tasks

time tracking for all tasks are beneficial

brilliant dashboard overview, which allows us to see the schedules by a single day

Reset option should be there to reschedule the tasks by the owner; other than this, no dislikes

Sometimes the constant reminders are annoying but they also keep me on track.

Have a to-do list that I don't have to continually check because TimeHero does that for me.

Overcome the Anxiety of Time Management

PROS: If your reading this you have likely tried many times mgt/productivity apps. Some work better than others, but none deal with the "feeling" of not having enough time. This is really a belief, not a feeling. And one that if you have, it won't matter what app you're using. Timehero is the only app that truly handles the idea of never having enough time. It's similar to the idea of not making enough money. Until you have a solid budget, can you even accurately answer the question "Can I afford this?". Well, time is similar, yet we tend to do even more is to arbitrarily answer "do I have time to add this to my plate?" Because we truly don't know the answer.

CONS: TimeHero is it's own worst enemy in that having such an original platform of using adaptive scheduling AND true team collaboration will naturally come with some kinks since its unchartered territory. Nothing that makes you not be able to use it, but for example, they somewhat recently added repeating tasks. Now, this is huge because time management cannot exist without all those little repeating tasks such as sending a present for your brother's birthday in time or running payroll for employees. This addition though is not like adding repeating tasks to your standard task app or even calendar events because it actually schedules EVERY instance of a repeating task. The good news, is TimeHero's support is so good that anything I have come across they seem to immediately fix. I certainly cannot say that for most companies in the tech industry.

I like that it is very efficient for digital agencies, marketing departments, video production, creative teams, software development, product teams, financial services, management consultants, education, manufacturing and construction.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

To be very honest I do not dislike anything about the app, it helps me a lot, it is incredible and very efficient, it is the only thing I can say.

Recommendations to others considering TimeHero:

My only recommendation is that you download it because it will serve you a lot.

What problems is TimeHero solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have solved many problems, as I said before, it is a very efficient app and I highly recommend it, I do not dislike anything, because I had several problems with my emails since I did not check them on time but thanks to TimeHero I have been solving them.

What do you like best about TimeHero?

TimeHero is an innovative application that meets the objective of improving task management. It becomes your ally when planning activities, since it has the plus of being automatic and thanks to the calendar option it indicates the best times when you can work on tasks and projects on a daily or weekly basis, such as you prefer. So you can organize them once, and they'll help you with smart tracking to complete. That is, it fulfills the function of being an intelligent and practical agenda that will help you organize all your objectives and meet deadlines at the stipulated times. Above all, it is very flexible, since if you want to add new activities or meetings, it will be in charge of reorganizing your agenda, and if any task collides with each other, it will send you notifications so that you take into account the consequences of the changes you make to the agenda.

What do you dislike about TimeHero?

I dislike not having the option to make automatic reminders by email, since in any case it has no integrated contact list that allows it. I think the only thing that would make this tool perfect for our agency would be integrating the sending of scheduled emails synchronized with the calendar and calendar.

If you want to reduce the meetings that have as objective, changes of terms or movements in the agenda, TimeHero is the right option. You can enter the new tasks, they will adapt to the calendar according to priorities, and notifications will be sent.
