Using Time Clock Wizard allows my staff an easy way to sign in and out from a clients home, allowing them to put notes in for what they helped with that day. I can look on the GPS to make sure where they are, if necessary. Customer service is fantastic, very knowledgeable and courteous. And the application is very simple to use!
There was an issue where I could not figure it out on my own. I called their support staff and worked with one of their support, she was amazing. She and her team were able to solve and correct the problem, she returned calls as promised and was a delight to work with.

The Time Clock Wizard app has been extremely helpful in making the business much more efficient in the way we track customer projects and time. The application allows you to invoice directly from the time sheets. Even time tracking through the mobile app makes it so easy to keep up with tracking billable and non-billable time. Also, the Time Clock Wizard customer support has been very friendly and efficient in helping out with integration and implementation issues that have arisen. They help resolve any problems we encounter with the application. Time Clock Wizard's amazing!

So far, I had an issue with exporting an employees time due to some changes. Could not figure out on my own. The problems I had encountered was easily helped. It was resolved in a way helpful and supportive way. I was chatting with one of their customer support staff online and she was very supportive. I'm ready to process payroll now! Transitioning from paper timecards to Time Clock Wizard has saved our team so much time, for the employees to enter/add their time, management audit & approving, and even with uploading my payroll process! Customer support staff has been extremely helpful whenever I needed assistance! Time Clock Wizard helps us process payroll quickly and efficiently.

I discovered how easy it was to manage employee PTO and how easy it is to transfer employee info as needed. Really appreciated the option to have a representative call me and walk me through setup. Makes the process really easy!
Time Clock Wizard has really simplified the payroll process for my clients. Like magic, all the reports appear, and what used to take hours can now be done in just a few minutes. All the employees love it too, they know they get paid for every minute.
I have not fully utilized Time Clock Wizard, so my cons may be due to my lack of experience or understanding. But, overall, I believe the product is beneficial and works reasonably well, it just takes a bit of getting used to the format and reports.

Best time tracker I know of. An app that works great with an excellent team backing it up. I have had nothing but excellent customer service each and every time I have called. The agents are always quick to help and very knowledgeable.
Easy, Easy set-up and simple user interface. Most of our freelancers are either remote or out of Country so it's hard to "check-in". As well as if they are onsite with a customer, you can use this on a tablet or phone so your time and work is notated. Go one step further and by using a shared work space not only can you see that they're online, but gone are the days of "I forgot to log my time etc "because as an admin" Time clock wizard will not forget thus I can adjust what I need to before it goes to payroll.
I guess the only thing I can really find as being a negative. if I set up X hours for employees, some may need only 10 hours a week and others may need 40 hours a week, so I say "no overtime" but since I do not see the reports, I cannot see exactly how that is brought to our attention because I have indeed paid overtime in a few instances and I do not recall ever having this confirmed as being ok or not?

First and foremost is the customer service, Unparalleled. Ease-of-use and interface are so simple.Customer rep helped me out by showing me some buttons that let me make changes without having to constantly ask the Time clock wizard support team for help! I have never had a negative customer service experience with Time clock wizard if anything, service gets better and better as time goes on!!
There are bugs in the app software whenever it gets updated, but that is something their tech team is always working hard to fix and stay on top of, so it's typically not a problem for very long.

Easy to use, great hand holding service for set up and walk through. Very high level of detail available. Love the GPS locator and check-in, knowing who is working and who isn't. Being able to do Vendor and Employees easily without there being a conflict of name types. Scheduling is pretty good, though i haven't spent much time here and I don't have a huge need for it. Had great customer service with ( SS1 ).
I don't like how the browser window expands to the right and you have to scroll to get the entire window for the various pages. Though i do like that it is centralized and you dont have to go to a new window or new tab, that it is all in one place.

It integrates with Quickbooks Online which is helpful to us, and is customizable in the moment for cases when syncing of data hasn't happened, and our field reps need to track time immediately. Super-user-friendly desktop interface for office staff - I can easily switch clients or manually update time entries for field reps when they've forgotten to switch customers or clock in. Time clock wizard also sends weekly tips in time tracking and office management, and provides reports on time tracking weekly - both helpful; I read all their emails thoroughly.
No automatic Quickbooks Online integration (have to click a daily button which isn't difficult, but would be nice to be automatic).
It helps me and my accountant work my payroll.
Schedule - Color coding departments/employees, Easy to see PTO on scheduled days PTO - Requesting PTO is a breeze with the app, and the website makes it super easy to see on the schedule App - It's great to have the clock in/out ability at my finger tips.
Schedule/PTO - when someone requests, they have to be manually removed from the schedule. It would be nice if they would work together and when PTO is approved or manually put it, it would automatically pull them off the schedule. App/Website/Kiosks - I have trouble with my employees who will sometimes check in on their phone and clock out at the kiosk or on the website. It doesn't always sync and I have to correct time sheets semi-regularly.

Every time I call in, the staff are always genuinely happy to help. They are so friendly and easy to connect with. During dead air times, when I was waiting for things to load, the staff conversed with me about all sorts of great topics. She was funny and eager to explain without making me feel dumb. She helped me work through payroll reports and project reports as well as brainstormed "work arounds" for separating payroll and overtime in different territories. Time Clock Wizard always has an answer and if by chance they don't, you can request that they add or change things. I've been with Time Clock Wizard for almost a year now and I can say they are always improving and responding to customer recommendations extremely fast.

Time Clock Wizard does what it's designed to do and does it very well. It doesn't overcomplicate anything. It keeps the features simple but versatile. I can keep my employees time and also verify their location when the clock in/ out. They can leave me notes about their timesheets, see their past time sheets. They can clock in even when service is bad, although it won't show on my end until they get phone service again - that's awesome. Tracking timesheets this way means that all time is kept digitally in a way that's simple to run reports, export, and communicate with other softwares (like accounting or payroll programs).
