What do you like best about Tiledesk?

Tiledesk has been able to meet all your needs so far. As of now, there doesn’t seem to be anything to dislike as it has covered all the features you were looking for.

I also appreciate the "Help Center" feature, and the ability to link a chatbot powered by ChatGPT to this help center (FAQ) to respond to customer inquiries is simply outstanding!

What do you dislike about Tiledesk?

Two features that would be incredibly valuable to us include:

- Browser Sharing: This would enable us to assist our clients more effectively by navigating through their browser.

- Live Translation: This feature would facilitate smoother communication with clients from various linguistic backgrounds.

What do you like best about Tiledesk?

I was looking for a chat product that I could use for both my client portal and for my website. I found Tiledesk and it has been perfect for our needs. I love that I can customize the name and photo of the bot as well as the chat pop-up so that it is consistent with our branding. The visual flow builder has also been great and makes it easy to implement and create workflows that make sense for our business and needs. The customer service has also been great. Michele is very responsive and takes the time to listen to what you need and provide a solution. Definitely recommend Tiledesk if you are looking for a chat tool.

Tiledesk has all of the features we were looking for, so nothing comes to mind for anything to dislike.

What problems is Tiledesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a chat feature to add to our client portal and for our website. Tiledesk is able to solve both of these problems and help us streamline communications with our clients and prospective clients.

What do you like best about Tiledesk?

Tiledesk allows us to create different chatbots and use them everywhere, from our website to social media like WhatsApp.

With Tiledesk, we have a single inbox for all messages coming from everywhere, which means we can manage customer communication much faster and be sure that we do not miss any customer inquiries.

By using chatbots and a knowledge base, we could manage more than 80% of customer inquiries using chatbots, and our agents spend their time on the other 20% of inquiries which are more complex or involve dealing with a contract.

This not only saves a lot of time for our agents but also increases our revenue considerably.

What do you dislike about Tiledesk?

Since we started using Tiledesk, everything has worked great; support is very helpful.

We struggled with the implementation of some features, but thanks to their support them we managed to solve everything in less than a day

Es una gran apliacion para hacer chatbot, tiene muchas opciones y sobre todo lo que mas me gusta es el servicio tecnico. He tenido algunos problemas y han estado ahi para echarte una mano.

EL paquete basico no tiene incluido dialogflow. Pero dicen que estan trabajando para que si logica interna haga lo mismo que dialog flow.

*Genrous free plan* and fully-featured platform, continuously working on new ones such as Chatbot Design Studio which has huge potential to improve existing processes. API-driven product with good integration margins (Widget SDK and others) and self-hostable.

What do you dislike about Tiledesk?

Self-hosting may be a bit difficult to spin up and maintain due to large codebase. Missing a few really small bits that would make the design top notch and more premium-like, aligning to some competitors (but they're accepting suggesions and working them out 👍).

Tiledesk helps the business connect to its customers through live chat sure, but simultaneously earns time for the business itself thanks to chatbots that can often handle most of the frequently encountered issues without human intervention.
